Find3-Star Hotels in Palermo

Used the hotel for a short stop before heading back to the airport. Excellent location but pictures make it look a lot better than it is. It was clean and functional but no warmth. Breakfast was good. Only scrambled eggs for hot option, but lots of croissants, muffins, cereal etc. if you just want somewhere to get your head down for a couple of nights it’s great. Wouldn’t stay longer than that.

Very easy to reach/find. Good/safe location with plenty of parking. No blankets, no coats, no slippers in the room. Only a pillowcase in the bathroom. The bathroom is huge.

I only used this hotel in passing to leave and return from the airport. The first room on the way there I found ants in the bathroom and a sewer smell that came from outside because the window overlooked a sort of light well on the 4th floor, the second time on the way back the room overlooked the square, very noisy and the bed that was supposed to be a double, were two single beds attached only by a sheet that moved continuously and automatically divided the beds. Out of 10 I give a 4 1/2.

The hotel is located in the center of Palermo.Three stars are a small exaggeration, in my sense the object deserves two.The reception is located in a different part than the hotel rooms.

The toilet toilet smells bad. The location is not very convenient to recognize. It is not very convenient to take a rugged road. On the road, tourists live in the same hotel to lead the way. It is still very close to the city center tourist point about 700 meters. Other aspects are still very good.

Excellent experience, staff were kind, enough breakfast rich, unique sin there is not so much choice for lactose intolerance, only cooked and marmelade feet! The rooms are quite clean, the towels are replaced every day!

La struttura è pulitissima, ben organizzata e curata, con la zona piscine e vasca Jacuzzi che è veramente un gioiellino con una vista mozzafiato su Palermo. Stanza ampia, luminosa e pulitissima. Servizio professionale e sempre attento al dettaglio. Il ristorante è di ottima qualità e varietà di scelta. Potrebbero secondo me sfruttare la zona piscina anche la sera, visto il tanto spazio e la presenza del chiosco bar, con della musica da sottofondo, e luci soffuse per un bel aperitivo o cocktail bordo piscina con vista panoramica. Creare una situazione tranquilla, rilassante, dove poter interagire con gli altri ospiti, semplice ma efficace. La posizione infatti, un poco fuori mano ti obbliga la sera a prendere l'auto o una navetta e andare a Palermo. Un consiglio, il ristorante è un po' caro, soprattutto in rapporto alla quantità delle porzioni, anche se la qualità è alta. La pizza è nella media generale. Potrebbe invogliare più ospiti a restare a cena, anche se poi devi creare qualcosa, come detto prima, per far vivere la bella struttura anche nelle ore serali. Unica nota dolente, ahimè, dopo il check out delle 11, sei obbligato ad andare via. La maggior parte delle strutture invece, ti consente di restare un'altra mezza giornata in piscina, dove tra l'altro è facile prendere delle consumazioni al bar. Questa cosa va migliorata secondo me. Volevo restare fino alle 14, per godere un'altra ora della Jacuzzi, ma nonostante ho chiesto varie volte, la cosa mi è stata negata e non insistendo, sono andato via. Tornerò sicuramente, perché mi sono trovato veramente bene. Spero che la direzione dell'hotel prenda le mie considerazioni, non come critiche, ma come consigli. Per il resto tutto veramente ottimo
