"The hotel office started to receive guests at 3 pm. After waiting for nearly an hour, the hotel staff informed us that there were no rooms available and they needed to transfer us to a 3-star hotel next door: B&B palermo quattro conti. I got the list of triple rooms from the front desk of this three-star hotel, which cost 86 euros, lower than the hotel I was staying at. I kept in sync with Ctrip's customer service throughout the entire process, including the situation of the new room. The current solution offered by the platform is to refund the price difference, because it was an agent room and there was a communication barrier between the agent and the hotel."

"The swimming pool wasn't large, but the sun was shining brightly. The hotel service was quite good; staff were constantly available by the pool to offer towels and other amenities. We tried to book on-site but were told it was sold out, so we immediately booked through Ctrip. After a few minutes of waiting for the data to be transmitted to the hotel, we checked in smoothly. Comparing prices on Ctrip, ***********, and Agoda, Ctrip was 200-300 RMB cheaper per night, so Ctrip is definitely more reliable! They gave us a sea-view room on the first floor, but it still had a beautiful sea view. The location was excellent; the sea was just across the street. The sunrise and sunset were both beautiful."

"We really enjoyed our stay at 10 Serpotta. The rooms were clean and the location was excellent. We walked over to the Marina several nights - and were a nice walk to old town. The breakfast was at the nearby Pizzeria Leone. Breakfast was light pastries and juice and coffee. Staff was excellent. The hotel has no staff on site but we were met to the door once we buzzed in, and once we got our keys we were OK. It helps to communicate with hotel prior to arriving and provide phone and email so they can contact you. They are available by phone or whatsapp. Wifi seemed to work well everyday. I was in the Accessible room only because it was all that was available. The room was fine but the bathroom was not as convenient. THe shower head was too low and the toilet was too high off the ground (feet dangled). The showers in the other rooms was far more awesome. This hotel is perfect for location and price and basic included breakfast. As long as you dont need an onsite staff it was fine."
