Great friendly staff. Quiet and relaxing. The only thing is room window don't have much view but it's alright.

TTheosofieStaff was slacking not attentive upon check in. Almost given a wrong room type, until I double check and notify.
Room was good, location was good too. The thing I love about this hotel, tranquil and serene with many greens, plants and look more like a resort style.
There is a mini fridge but cannot be used as the wire cord was cut. No hangers provided upon check in.
Check out was fast

GGuest UserThe room was spacious and bright, featuring large windows and two side windows that could be opened for ventilation. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The location offers convenient access to transportation, and parking was easy. However, I had to switch rooms a few times due to poor in-room Wi-Fi.

Environment: Super convenient for transfers, and plenty of dining options nearby.

Ttraveller momsNew apartment, new interior, new things inside, the facilities were completed (nice furniture and decoration), full of kitchen utilities (stove, refigerator, plates, knifes, spoon fork, etc), easy access, near to IKEA, JPO and mall Alam Sutera, lot of parking area (minus: paid parking one day max on 50k rupiah). Thanks to ms. Arie who always assist us when we stayed here). Keep the unit clean and neat, surely will come back soon..

GGuest UserLobby was nice but the room itself definitely has seen better days. The wastafel faucet almost off, it keep wriggling whenever you use it and there's something like black mold on the lining of it. The toilet paper holder completely broken. I was being careful making coffee because the table that hang by the wall was askew, if nothing done to it pretty sure it'll fall off soon.
Also there's no chair available so I had to drink by the bed.
The staffs were nice though. It was short visit so it's okay-ish for airport hotel but it'll be nice to see some improvement

AAnonymous UserI booked the deluxe room and extra bed for 5 people, it was spacious enough to accomidate us all and our luggages.
The service was on top with free shuttle (better to boook in advance because it gets crowded and easily filled) and fast room service. They had smart TV and wifi so we could really rest and snuggle in the room before flight.
Thw beds and bathroom was clean although there was no hairdryer available. But the other amenities was ok.
The breakfast was quite okay for the price. And the restaurant's food was also ok.
The only downside was the location, because it is located a bit far from the airport, so if you have to book online taxi without the shuttle it cost pretty much a lot.
Overall, it'd be a great place just for transit.
