Hotels with Breakfast in Tangerang City

Apart from the obvious advantage of the location, it's a very comfortable room and quite a good breakfast with plenty of options in local cuisine apart from Western options. A bit of research about locating the hotel is useful because it's between the 1st and 3rd floors. If you are between flights with difficult times there are options of early and late check in/check out however these come with a significant charge. We asked about left luggage and the charge per day was so high it was not worth it. I assume other hotels in the airport have similar policies. Overall it was a very good choice for us with some bulky luggage so getting a shuttle or taxi/rideshare would have been tiring.

Overall the hotel was favourable, more positive issues then negatives such as: 1. location good especially if ur into golfing, 2. breakfast was ok, very nice restaurant ambience 3. Easily accessible to chain restaurant as it’s connected to a mall But, having laid out the positives, here is the single most important issue that will make me avoid the hotel ( n i recommend u to avoid it too) unless the management changes its policy on energy saving. My 6day 5 nights stay were sleep deprived, as every night between 2-3am the hotel decides to reduce it’s air conditioning temperature which made sleeping unbearably hot, I woke up sweating all 4 nights except for 1 night(maybe because I was too exhausted or maybe they got fed up of my complaints) which I did incessantly ..the first nite I went to the lobby to complain to the duty manager,,and every nite after before retiring to the rooms 10.30/11pm, I would remind the duty manager the same thing..which they promised that they will inform the hotel engineers ..but it never worked..every night I’d be calling the duty manager n after 30minutes of still suffering in the heat,,I would go to the lobby and personally complaint..check ur damn cameras if the hotel mgmt thinks I’m making tis up…my stay was 19/7-24/7/26..it’s just so stupid to operate a hotel tis way…if u really want to save energy without disrupting the guests sleep…shut it at 5am, when it’s oredi super cold n most guest r also in the process of getting up!!! Please avoid this hotel if u feel sleep is important to u!!!

Excellent! It's very close to the airport and offers a shuttle service. Rooms on the right side facing the road can be a bit noisy, as Indonesian motorcycles are loud from morning till night. So, from my second stay onwards, I always requested a room on the left side, which is very quiet and ensures a good night's sleep. The breakfast also has a wide variety of options suitable for Chinese palates. I really hope I can come here for a vacation someday instead of just a business trip. Even for business, it's great, perfectly avoiding city center traffic, and the hotel's ambiance makes you feel like you're on holiday!~ (￣▽￣～)~

I am very disappointed with my stay at D'Prima Wellness Center Terminal 3 International. I booked two rooms through Trip.com because the photos clearly showed Queen-size beds, which were essential for my travel party. However, the actual rooms did not match the advertised images. When I raised the issue, the hotel only offered paid solutions: IDR 250,000 per room for extra towels and water, or IDR 400,000 per room for a room upgrade without breakfast. Even one of the staff acknowledged that the photos on Trip.com do not accurately represent the actual rooms. What surprised me most was that the Operations Manager stated the hotel does not even have a Guest Complaint Form. After 18 years working in the travel industry, this is the first time I have encountered a hotel without a basic complaint procedure. The misleading room information, poor complaint handling, and lack of standard customer service are unacceptable, especially for a hotel located at an international airport. I hope the management reviews this issue seriously, updates the online information accurately, and provides a proper explanation and fair resolution for affected guests.

We stayed overnight in order to catch the early morning flight at Soekarno Hatta International Airport. The hotel provides free pick up and send off every other hour. We had to follow the 4am SUV to the airport. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable to have a night's sleep. However, bedroom slippers and hair dryer are provided upon request.

This hotel's location is very strategic for transit passengers, especially for Umrah/Hajj pilgrims. Regarding cleanliness, the carpet should be replaced with a new one to avoid the musty smell. For facilities, there's no elevator to the rooms, which can be a bit challenging if guests have a lot of luggage. Overall, the hotel staff's service is excellent and friendly; they even escorted me to the check-in counter. Thanks!

A very convenient hotel near the airport with free shuttle. All the receptionist and the drivers were amazingly friendly, nice and helpful. The only thing that let me down was the breakfast. It’s ok if you stay 1 night. Unfortunately, I had to stay longer, as my friend couldn’t board the plane due to some problem and we had to reschedule our flight. All the 3 nights I stayed there I was fed exactly with the same breakfast 3 times. It is run by a padang restaurant (food stall) next to the hotel. It looked like they used up their food from their stall the day before, maybe they don’t want to waste any. So, the fourth day (last day), I moved to another hotel nearby.

I booked this for a business trip, and it was a comfortable stay. The air conditioning was great, keeping me cool. It's a clean and good place. I recommend it. I'll book it again for my next business trip. It's clean and good.

This place is really near to the airport. They offer airport pick up and drop off free of charge. Just have to reserve in advance. They even do a wake up call. The room is nice . The bed is really comfortable. Grabfood driver can find this place to send your food.

Hotel was very secluded and far away from town. Only near to the airport. Room condition was very dark and not comfortable. Breakfast was meagre. Won't be coming to the hotel. Only good that they provide shuttle service to the airport.
