Tangerang City Hotels with Pools

Overall the hotel was favourable, more positive issues then negatives such as: 1. location good especially if ur into golfing, 2. breakfast was ok, very nice restaurant ambience 3. Easily accessible to chain restaurant as it’s connected to a mall But, having laid out the positives, here is the single most important issue that will make me avoid the hotel ( n i recommend u to avoid it too) unless the management changes its policy on energy saving. My 6day 5 nights stay were sleep deprived, as every night between 2-3am the hotel decides to reduce it’s air conditioning temperature which made sleeping unbearably hot, I woke up sweating all 4 nights except for 1 night(maybe because I was too exhausted or maybe they got fed up of my complaints) which I did incessantly ..the first nite I went to the lobby to complain to the duty manager,,and every nite after before retiring to the rooms 10.30/11pm, I would remind the duty manager the same thing..which they promised that they will inform the hotel engineers ..but it never worked..every night I’d be calling the duty manager n after 30minutes of still suffering in the heat,,I would go to the lobby and personally complaint..check ur damn cameras if the hotel mgmt thinks I’m making tis up…my stay was 19/7-24/7/26..it’s just so stupid to operate a hotel tis way…if u really want to save energy without disrupting the guests sleep…shut it at 5am, when it’s oredi super cold n most guest r also in the process of getting up!!! Please avoid this hotel if u feel sleep is important to u!!!

Excellent! It's very close to the airport and offers a shuttle service. Rooms on the right side facing the road can be a bit noisy, as Indonesian motorcycles are loud from morning till night. So, from my second stay onwards, I always requested a room on the left side, which is very quiet and ensures a good night's sleep. The breakfast also has a wide variety of options suitable for Chinese palates. I really hope I can come here for a vacation someday instead of just a business trip. Even for business, it's great, perfectly avoiding city center traffic, and the hotel's ambiance makes you feel like you're on holiday!~ (￣▽￣～)~

Unfortunately this is not going to be a good review , firstly the room was a bit outdated , no soap in the bathroom had to use the body wash from the shower , had an electric stove top but no utensils , no cutlery , did not even have a spoon to stir the coffee , completely bare kitchen area so don’t know why the cooktop is there for . The aircon was really weak the remote didn’t work well so couldn’t change the temp and in the middle of the night we felt water dripping from the unit in the bedroom as it was over the bed , so we had to turn it off and had a really uncomfortable sleep, no bread available for breakfast which was a bit disappointing as I don’t eat heavy things like curry chicken and rice for breakfast . Staff were good but looking sometimes it is not enough .

Cozy and everything is good. Walking distance for a food and Malls. We strongly recommend👍🏼

I really enjoyed my stay here. They offer a complimentary airport shuttle, which was a great bonus. We booked two rooms and were able to get connecting rooms. My child's jacket was left behind, and they kindly sent it to my address via JNT. Thank you so much!

UPs: So close to the airport, while giving away FREE shuttle to the CGK airport. The staff is sooo helpful, even though I didn't meet the head manager, yet. There are so many food shelter nearby that you can choose, in order to enhance the flavour of Indonesia. The price is quite affordable, so that you don't have to compare with the other hotel. They even choose the minimalist-futuristic furniture, so that you could safe space, while carrying a lot of bags. DOWNs: I literally saw a bug, luckily the staff is so swift getting rid if it. According to the schedule, even though it was late, even by 9 (nine) minutes, the airport shuttle is still reliable.

I enjoyed the size and quietness of the room. Regarding the free shuttle service, it would be helpful to specify that there are fixed schedules, and depending on your arrival time, you might have to wait 1 hour and 20 minutes! For the same price, I would rather recommend the Orchardz Hotel next door. They have shuttles upon arrival and breakfast included.

Hotel very affordable, superbly located with free shuttle service to and from the airport. Breakfast and room design are average but the low price you pay explains it. Another positive thing is that there is a small swimming pool, but it need to be kept well maintained.

The washbasin was full after being blocked for a while. The toilet and shower floor were separated by bricks. The shower had a floor drain. There was no floor drain on the toilet side, so water accumulated easily, which was very troublesome. The pillow core inside is also an antique, a little black and smelly, but he has a better pillowcase to cover it, so it's okay. The price is not high, so you don’t have to be picky. Not bad, give it 4 points. By the way, there is one problem, the WiFi doesn't work. I have reacted after staying for a few days, but it still hasn't been repaired.

The service was great, the room was clean, and the location was very strategic.
