Tangerang City Hotels with Airport Shuttle

"Location was good accessible to many area. Check in was fast and staff was great. Room size is good with nice view of Tangerang City on the 9th floor. Except for the toilet ventilation not working at certain times everything else about the room was good. Buffet breakfast lack of manpower, just one guy manning during the breakfast hours. Some food was not replenish on time and some spread for the bread and toast not covered with flies around. Check out was quick. The security staff was pleasant and friendly throughout my encounter."

"Near to the airport and easy check in. Just take around 10mins to the hotel. From Terminal 2 to D’Prima hotel just Rp73100. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Most important, the hotel has Roti’O outlet!"

"For transit is okay if only for few days But in tthe first night when i wanna take shower in the toilet there is no soap or shampoo , but they have the place for the liquid only is empty then i only take shower with water 😭 cause my shampoo and soap is finish . Only the towel looks very old and not so clean ,they looks old"

"This is my second time staying at Zest Hotel for an overnight transit in Jakarta, will surely choose it again for transit because: 1. They offer free airport shuttle service, both pick up and drop off. The hotel is around 10- 15 mins away from the airport, depends on which Terminal you arrive 2. Room is not big but it's clean. However, my 2nd time here got a little disappointment - there's a towel in the bathroom with cigarette smell :/ 3. They provide toothbrush/tooth paste, shower gel, shampoo, hangers, free wifi, water (also has water dispenser in the corridor), enough for short stay transit 4. Buffet breakfast - well... don't expect too much because it's only Indonesian dishes plus bread. No eggs :(( Also not many choices but with this cheap room price, am totally fine with it! The Indonesian burbur (rice porridge) is very tasty, I had 2 big bowls!! 5. There are some eateries/ cafes and Alfamart ( or Indomaret or 7-11... can't remember) just outside the hotel, very convenient. 6. Zest Hotel is situated next to Swiss Belhotel Airport Jakarta, they belong to the same hotel group so the free shuttle bus also includes the guests from Swiss Belhotel. We went over to Swiss Belhotel's lobby restaurant for dinner, very good food and service. They offered us super yummy tempe chips with our drinks :)) Just a friendly reminder: if you are going to Terminal 3, it might take a bit more time for your airport drop off as they need to drop guests to T1 and T2 first (if any) .My experience was it took me 30 mins to arrive T3 from the moment I get on the shuttle. Anyway, I will still choose Zest Hotel as my transit hotel and recommend it, you got more than what you pay for!"

"Great staff, friendly and attentive. Location was good, near to many eateries n next to departmental store. Free parking was convenient Room was spacious but need some repair on paintwork and linen need to be replaced. In-room set breakfast was awesome and delicious. Quick check out. Overall happy"

"Second stay at this lovely hotel. Value is excellent for quality - The staff, the room and the breakfast. The bed is extremely comfortable and soft for Indonesia. As a western guest I had no issues. The room is spacious and the bathroom has good facilities and a powerful hot shower. Breakfast catered for local and western tastes. Coffee in the breakfast area was pre-made local coffee which is fine but a coffee machine such as cappuccino would be welcome addition. The transport from the airport is included but must be arranged before 24 hours to check in. The one and only negative is because it is an airport hotel check in and outs can be all hours. The bedroom corridors are tiles and this allows for noise to easily travel. I think likley common with all hotels . I would and will stay again my next time I'm in Jakarta and highly recommend the hotel."

"Arrived from Bali close to midnite. I manage to arrange a pick up schedule, but driver have to pick up quite a lot of other passengers from different terminals, so time to get to the hotel took about 80-90 minutes which it would only take 10 minutes by Taxi which might cost 100K. By 7ish I was back ti the airport again to catch my 10@m flight back to HKG. Bravo to the Drivers who are all nice n courteous, Better hotel choice than the Capsule at the terminal 3 which is very Noisy when I stayed on my way to Bali before which cost about the same. The Chain Lock was Cut separated which Gave me quite unsecure feeling but Thank God nothing happened."

"The place is very clean, close to the airport. Breakfast was nice but without any coffee or tea. It would be nice to have a cuppa in the morning. Moreover it would be appreciated if they offer an hourly shuttle from the airport to the hotel with some charges instead of taking a taxi, where the communication is very difficult with the taxi driver. In short, the place is recommended as it is near the airport and extremely clean and friendly."
