The hotel is very clean and at a very good location. The hotel environment seems very youthful and the lobby and breakfast area is very wide and comfortable. The room is slightly small but that's ok for this price. They even provide complimentary lunch the moment you check into the hotel. The breakfast variety is a lot. Definitely worth it to stay here.

The hotel worth the money, clean and quiet room with big windows to have daily sun light, away from the main traffic noise hassles, and near to grand Indonesia mall 8 minutes walking, near to underground station and many restaurants and cafes around. Decent breakfast Staff are helpful

Location is perfect. Staff is super friendly and helpful (both frontdesk and also the housekeeping). Room is an average size but doable for a short stay. Wifi can be improved. And insulation too. Can hear noises from 6th floor.

The sheets, duvet cover, and pillowcases were very dirty; it felt like they hadn't been changed in a long time. The soundproofing in the room wasn't great, and I was woken up very early by roosters crowing, even though I had asked the front desk staff to put me in a quieter location. The service staff, however, were all very good and had a great attitude. Breakfast was just okay.

Everything was beautiful, really comfortable. The staff are very attentive, and the stay was lovely. The breakfast was very complete and the location perfect.

I've stayed here twice now, and overall it's good, but this time the room was smaller even though it was the same deluxe type. Also, the shower room door was a bit stiff, causing a noisy sound when opening and closing it.
