AAnonymous UserThe service was excellent, and the breakfast was great. The location is also very convenient, making it easy to catch a taxi. It's about a 38-minute drive to the airport. There are plenty of dining options nearby, including local restaurants and Western chains, with a Starbucks right next door. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Jakarta.

AArum Octaviani Hadi MulyonoThe hotel is located right in front of the Blok M market area, a busy location with many vehicles often parked directly in front. To access the market, you’ll likely need to maneuver your way through tightly packed cars and motorbikes. Cleanliness is fairly acceptable. However, the toilet in the lobby was out of service during my stay. When I asked, the staff directed me to use the toilets at either the Gramedia Bookstore or Kopi Oey restaurant next door — which was quite inconvenient. The restaurant itself is not part of the main hotel building. Guests have to walk to Kopi Oey for breakfast or other meals. While the semi-open design of the restaurant was initially fine, I had an unpleasant experience when two guests were smoking during breakfast. It really affected my dining experience and left a negative impression. I stayed on the second floor, and unfortunately, both the Wi-Fi and cellular connection were poor. This was especially frustrating as I was traveling for work and needed stable internet for online meetings. The elevator is noticeably slower compared to other Fave hotels I’ve stayed in. There were also some minor disappointments: No tissue was provided in the room. My request for an extra bathmat was denied — something I’ve never experienced at other Fave properties. Lastly, my friend accidentally broke a glass, and we were charged IDR 20,000 for it. While I understand the charge, a little more flexibility or understanding would have been appreciated. Overall, I found the location too hectic, the amenities lacking, and the service not quite up to par. Sadly, I don’t see myself booking this hotel again.

DDaniel 63Very clean hotel with a nice rooftop pool and a great buffet breakfast. The shower takes a long time to warm but eventually there is warm water. I really loved the buffet breakfast with both Western and Indonesian cuisine. The location is also great.

GGuest UserHighly recommended! The rooms are fantastic, and the self-refilling water dispenser (from a large bottle) is a great touch. The hotel environment is very clean, the food is delicious, and the view is stunning. The staff are incredibly friendly. Simply the best!

MMr. TerryCleanliness : Room was clean although some areas look dirty because it's old/outdated. Location : Location is great. Close to embassies and there is a 2 minute walk Indomaret on the same street. I also saw restaurants around the same street but had no time to try them. Service: Service was okey. Although I arrived very late and lobby was already dark, the receptionist got up fast from sleep to asssit me. Amenities: Everything is still functioning okey but you could really see they are outdated. The electric kettle was old, no refrigerator and it's obvious that they took it out because there is a visible place for it. Toilet bowl and bidet are okey but it could be better because it is outdated including the exaust fan in the toilet. Air conditioning was still functioning well and was cold enoug for me. There is a big glass window/door which I wish could be opened but maybe closed for safety reasons. Good view of tree though. Breakfast was good for me compared to the last hotel I stayed at last month with the same fee. I ordered dinner and lunch during day 1 and day 2.. Fast and food was good for me. Going back to breakfast buffet, I like it that food was not spicy since some of us foreigners cannot eat spicy food. Would I stay here again. I think so. Would I recommend this hotel. Well, price actually fits what you paid for but it could be better if amenities were updated just a little.

AAnonymous UserI had a great stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The highlight for me was the location; located near malls and restaurants, making it incredibly convenient. The property itself is well-maintained with modern facilities, and everything was clean. The staff also provided great service, always friendly and attentive. Breakfast was fine, lots of choices but the flavor was just average. Self laundry service was available but one needs to purchase coins at reception. Overall, a great choice.

MMam LandosI stayed at Delua Hotel Jakarta and had a positive experience overall. The location is excellent — very convenient for getting around the city. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. While the stay was pleasant, I did feel the hotel could benefit from having an in-house restaurant. It would have made dining more convenient, especially after a long day out. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay in Jakarta.
