"Thinking the hotel was quite near to Ancol beach, I had no idea it was a bit of a challenge to find the hotel. We had to turn round twice round the location. We were given the 3rd floor, supposed to be a quiet area and non smoking zone. The first evening was rather noisy. Sounded like a group of travellers. Then a long, loud ring successfully drowned out our TV programme. Later at night, a faint suffocating cigarette smells came from the washroom. Lasted about an hour maybe. However, we loved the hotel spacious feel, the vibrant look and really enjoyed its selection of breakfast buffet. Unfortunately, we were not able to have our 2nd breakfast there because we had a very early flight back to Malaysia."

"great location, great service, great facilities! I stayed for a week to do a project nearby. The location is really good to connect with public transport (LRT, MRT, Commuter Line), restaurant, and the city center. The swimming pool is great, it would be nice if it can be wider and longer though, especially when the guests come together."

"The hotel was difficult to find until I came to the trip reviews section and read other peoples experiences. It's not very well signed so was problematic. Upon finding it though I was pleasently surprised. Room was nice, clean and big. "The room looked old and had dust in several areas. Initially, we were only given 2 towels for a family room, but after requesting more, they arrived quickly—though the towels had an unpleasant smell. The toilet was quite cramped, and the bidet head was broken. The floor would also get waterlogged because the drainage was slow. There’s no clothes iron available at this hotel. The location is great if you want to explore central Jakarta. There are Lawson and Circle K convenience stores right across from the hotel."

"My 2nd time stay here for my business trip. 1st stay in February 27 2025. Booked deluxe with city view. Was pleasant stay. Beautiful scenery night view. Just the toilet a bit dirty and furniture run down old. 2nd stay was yesterday, 29 April 2025. Booked Executive room. Furniture and toilet was cleaner and so much better, just doesn't have a nice scenery view, as the big window blocked by the high wall. Staffs very friendly, amenities are near so nearby, especially to my designated office. Good location. Mini mart and delicious martabak just next to it. Had a good night meeting and morning breakfast at the cosy Beautiful Sky Garden at the rooftop. An old cute cat is another new interesting thing to friend with. Overall, it was awesome! "Nice hotel with lovely kind people, hotel is a bit hidden and have to pay 5000 idr to always come inside with a car/taxi, very friendly staff always smiles. No fridge inside the room which was a let down, the sink was also so small and the water would take time to go down, 7/10"

"We recently stayed at a hotel in Jakarta for a short getaway. While there were some enjoyable aspects, a few issues did affect the overall experience. The positives: The location is definitely a plus. It’s conveniently close to downtown and many key spots in the city, making it easy to get around whether by car or short walks. The food was excellent. There was an impressive variety of dishes available throughout the day—everything from local Indonesian fare to international comfort food. The breakfast spread in particular stood out, both in quality and variety. The ambience of the breakfast area was also lovely—bright, open, and relaxing. The pool was another highlight: clean, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing in the afternoon or early evening. Where it fell short: The room itself was just okay. It had a strong smell of fresh paint that extended throughout the hallway and into the room, which was unpleasant and hard to ignore. We had requested a room with a view in advance, but were told upon check-in that the hotel was fully booked, so we were assigned a room with no view. Additionally, the bathroom had a noticeable odor that persisted during our stay. Thankfully, we were able to manage it by keeping the exhaust fan running most of the time, but it’s something the hotel should definitely address. Final thoughts: Overall, the hotel has a lot of potential thanks to its food, facilities, and location. But the comfort of the room and attention to maintenance need improvement. With a few changes, it could easily offer a much better guest experience."

"Located really in the center which walking distance to the Grand Indonesia, Plaza Indonesia and Thamrin City. In a walk distance also, you can find local foods. Value for the price, nothing to complaint except the curtain roll kinda defect. Overall, as solo traveller, good than enough"
