"Was a lovely hotel to stay in. My room could’ve been a little cleaner just in the tiny details like corners of shelves and the bathroom screen. However they checked me in early, offer a free ice cream/ ice lolly on arrival and the rooms were lovely. Not sure about the transparent pool though! I felt very self conscious being directly above the lobby!"

My two-night stay was seamless. The check-in process was swift and courteous. My room offered a quiet, luxurious retreat with excellent soundproofing, a plush bed, and all the thoughtful touches a seasoned traveler appreciates — from a well-stocked minibar to sleek workspace lighting.
The Executive Lounge was a standout:
• Afternoon Tea featured delicate pastries, savoury bites, and premium teas with skyline views.
• Dinner service balanced Asian and Western selections, all fresh and well-presented.
• Staff were discreet, sharp, and intuitive — offering genuine hospitality without overstepping.
The breakfast buffet at Sailendra Restaurant was exceptional — one of the best in Jakarta. A diverse spread of international and local dishes, live egg and noodle stations, vibrant tropical fruits, cold-pressed juices, and artisan breads made for a lavish yet balanced start to the day.
Beyond the hotel, its central location puts you steps from upscale malls (Lotte Shopping Avenue, Pacific Place), fine dining, and major business hubs — making it ideal for both leisure and corporate travel.
Verdict:
JW Marriott Jakarta delivers quiet luxury with heart. It’s polished but never pretentious, spacious yet personal. For travelers who appreciate details, consistency, and calm in the middle of a bustling city — this is where Jakarta slows down and shines

PPHILLIP JAMESThis hotel is about 25 mins from the airport, the journey back to the airport is little shorter, about (20 mins) due to favourable freeway access. The hotel facilities are great, including a rooftop pool (super clean) and an excellent gym. There is a range of deckchairs and comfortable lounges. Most importantly, this hotel is connected to a shopping centre with range of restaurants including fast food (Burger King) and more refined options, including Chinese and Japanese restaurants. The mall also has a large supermarket (ground level) and Uniqlo chain store. In addition, there is another low cost shopping mall, just across the freeway, accessed via pedestrian pathway. (a 5 minute walk) This is great for clothing at super bargain prices. Staff at the hotel are very helpful and obliging. The rooms have all the essentials and my room (on the 15 floor) is also had great city views. Internet connection is fine and TV channels are OK, but there is no BBC and CNN. My only concern is the bathroom. The bathroom is very tiny and there limited bench space for your own toiletries. In addition, when the taking a shower, the water floods the bathroom floor, hitting the toilet. You need to use bathroom towels to mob the floor, after a shower. A simple shower curtain is required here. The toilet roll holder is difficult to access, (behind you) meaning you need to remove the roll to use. I booked this hotel last minute and therefore my hotel room rate was a little expensive compared to other options. Still, overall, I would recommend this hotel for its shopping mall, the fantastic swimming pool, and overall quality of hotel (despite the bathroom issue).

CChiang KooiI had a great stay! The location is excellent—right in the heart of everything, with plenty of restaurants and cafes just a short walk away. The hotel itself was very clean and well-maintained, which made the stay even more comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

We had kitchen facilities including microwave, oven, full size fridge and freezer, utensils, crockery etc. Also was useful to have a washing machine. 2 separate bathrooms. Lovely clean big windows. Ac good. Beds comfortable. Nice to have a separate living room and tvs showed HBO movies even in bedroom which we liked. Only negatives were not enough hand towels, bath mat and hand soap even after the room was cleaned these were not provided and tea and coffee not refilled. There is complimentary water in sealed glass bottles which must not be taken away or you are charged 50k.
Close to gongdangdia commuter station on the Bogor line which is very handy. There are some nice coffee shops nearby where you can have breakfast (turn right after exiting hotel) but hotel also has buffet breakfast for purchase approx 200k/person.

AAnonymous UserI recently had the opportunity to stay at your hotel and I truly appreciate the hospitality and service provided by your team. However, I would like to provide some constructive feedback regarding my stay.
The room felt rather small and did not provide the level of comfort I expected. On top of that, the pillows were too firm, which affected sleep quality, and the towels felt thin compared to the luxury standard usually associated with Pullman.
I believe enhancing room spaciousness (or allocating more suitable rooms for families), offering pillow choices, and providing thicker towels would greatly improve the overall guest experience.

However, the lighting is a bit dim; it might be helpful if a standing lamp were provided in each room without having to request it. But for those who enjoy a dim atmosphere, this room is perfect. The location is very close to the toll gate. The food is varied, making it suitable for business trips or just a short stay.

JJettLamstayed at Yuan Garden Pasar Baru Hotel during my trip to Jakarta and it turned out to be a really pleasant experience. The location is excellent—it’s right in Central Jakarta, so I could easily walk to Pasar Baru for some shopping and local food, and big landmarks like Istiqlal Mosque and the Cathedral were just a short ride away. Having the train station nearby was also convenient for exploring other parts of the city.
The hotel itself feels modern and welcoming. My room was spacious, clean, and had all the basics I needed—comfortable bed, good air-conditioning, and a nice view of the city.

1. Located in near pondok indah area, it is really easy to stroll around pondok indah and go on and off PIM
2. The room is clean and spacious, I love how they divided the closet room and the sleeping room in superior deluxe
3. Good facilities in the hotel such as spas, swimming pools, gym
4. The staff are really nice and helpful
5. The breafast is tasty, not much of a choice but still tastes great!
Cons:
1. The restaurant and lobby are pretty small, so it's easily packed. You better get breakfast early when peak season to get a seat
2. Because the lobby and reception are small, it took times to check in or out, but there's not much place to sit down while waiting.
Lastly, this is not a pros and cons but more of a hotel policy for safety deposit approximately around 300K . You will get it back shortly after checking out.

GGuest UserThe location was great. Not too far to anything. You need a taxi but you need one anyway as a big city. Room was ok was basic. We just found it odd that they knocked early for housekeeping when we were getting ready and we asked them to come back and they never did so we had rubbish and unclean bed for our stay. There were also a lot of little ants that were in the room and sink. Shower and sink did not drain well but shower had good pressure.
