The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable, but the bathtub looked a bit old, so we didn't dare use it. Breakfast was extensive, but it got very crowded, and we had to queue to be seated. I recommend going early to avoid peak hours. The spa was closed during our stay. We arrived quite late and asked the hotel staff how to get to the hotel bar for dinner. When we got to the bar's entrance, we found out that shorts were not allowed. The hotel staff should have informed us earlier. Was it amusing for them to watch us make a wasted trip? We walked around outside the hotel, but there weren't many restaurants, so we ended up ordering takeout. We had to go down to the lobby ourselves to pick it up, as the hotel staff wouldn't deliver it to the room.

This is my second time staying here, and its best feature is its proximity to the supermarket, which is incredibly convenient. The breakfast is also excellent, and the pool facilities are great. It's a fantastic value-for-money option, especially if you're traveling with three or more people.

Supermarkets, malls, and plenty of food and drink options are just a few meters away. It’s incredibly walkable with easy access to the train and bus stations. I felt completely secure throughout my stay thanks to their 24-hour security service. If you are looking for comfort, luxury, and ultimate convenience, this is the place to stay. The location is very convenient because it is connected to Plaza Semanggi, so it was easy to find food, coffee, and basic things without needing to go far. The hotel is also close to Sudirman and the business areas, but during peak hours the traffic around Semanggi can still be quite heavy, so you need to plan your travel time. The facilities are quite complete — there is a swimming pool, gym, and some sports facilities. Breakfast was decent with both Indonesian and Western food, although the menu was more or less the same every day. The downside is that the hotel is a bit old, and you can see it from the furniture and some parts of the room. Everything still works fine, but it could definitely use some renovation. Another thing is the elevator can be slow during busy hours, especially in the morning. Overall, I think this hotel is very good value for money if you want a large room in a central location. It may not be a luxury or modern hotel, but it is comfortable and practical, especially for business trips or longer stays.

The room and the view were both excellent. It was clean and tidy, highly recommended. The kitchen facilities were well-equipped, you could even cook your own meals.
