The apartment is excellent: everything you need for a stay is there: a good bed, iron, kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, hair dryer. The window views the sea, the city, and a little bit of the mountains. The hostess is available, but I didn’t bother her. Everything was fine. I was there off-season (late April - early May) - the elevators worked fine. I didn’t have to wait long. Great location. Everything is nearby: the sea, the city, restaurants, the embankment. There is a 24-hour store in the hotel if you need something urgent. I recommend this studio.

I really liked the hotel. It's wonderful that the owner did so much to make a traveler feel comfortable in another country. The hotel is very clean and cozy. The location is very convenient if you need to go to the sea, walk around the city, or go somewhere. A good residential area. The hotel is visible from afar. The hotel lobby is European-domestic. The room is spacious and comfortable. In addition to the beds, there is an area for eating at the table. The room has a washing machine (the owner provided washing powder), a stove, a kettle, dishes, and slippers. Tea and coffee, 4 bottles of water. Everything is very clean. Every day they replenished tea, coffee, soap, and shampoo. Towels were changed daily and they cleaned. I would especially like to mention the bathroom. Clean, in perfect condition. Very spacious and comfortable shower with good plumbing. The water pressure is excellent. The hot water is even hot - hot if you turn it up high. Thanks to the owner, he did not skimp and made a wonderful shower. There is also a hygienic shower. The towels are soft and clean. The soap is fragrant. There's a lamp by the bed and a power outlet (Russian ones are compatible). Excellent internet. Everything was comfortable and convenient. Thanks again to the host for ensuring maximum comfort and convenience for guests.

The apartments are located in the Orbi City complex, block D. A very pleasant owner answered all questions at the reservation stage. Communication in English at Whats App. Ask for a room higher and with a good view on the sea - he provided it. On the 40th floor with excellent view on the sea, city and mountains. The room itself is in good condition, everything works, nothing falls off. Bed is very comfortable. The bathroom has a fan, clean towels and a pair of sets of shampoo+gel for shower and washing machine. Wi-Fi in the room works without complaints - the Internet is fast. Also in the room there is a small tile, a teapot and a tug. In general, everything for comfortable accommodation. Of the shortcomings I can note only the absence of a yursik. Otherwise, wonderful apartments with a wonderful owner. I definitely recommend.

This is a one-bedroom suite with a very spacious room. The facilities are excellent: two air conditioners, one large and one small refrigerator, a microwave, a kettle, and a washing machine. There are three beds: a standard double bed, a double sofa bed, and a fold-out single bed. The balcony is very large and offers a view of the Black Sea. For just over 300, it's great value for money here. The host was very welcoming, and checking in via WhatsApp was very convenient. However! The nightclub downstairs operates until 3-4 AM every day! It's incredibly noisy, making it impossible to get any rest!

Everything is clean, the bed is comfortable, for the son the sofa was folded, all the household facilities are there. Not immediately figured out how to use the oven, microwave was not. To wash the dishes it was necessary to buy a sponge, for the washing machine it is also necessary to take capsules or buy in the city, but it is not a problem. Cleaning once every three days, promptly and qualitatively changed bed linen and towels. Quick waifay, air conditioners in each room. They lived for 8 days, everything is great, I recommend!

Хороший новый отель с бассейном, расположен недалеко от аэропорта и посёлка Гонио, где есть старинная крепость и хороший пляж с чистой водой (на такси минут 10-15). Напротив же самого отеля расположена длинная городская набережная - неособо для купания, но ней приятно прогуляться с утра. В отеле хорошие завтраки. И овощи и фрукты и йогурта и выпечка, кофе натуральный. Персонал вежливый, говорит по-русски. Номер дали с видом на бассейн и море, за что отдельное спасибо. В номере есть все необходимое, включая халаты. До центра города на такси от отеля можно доехать за 10 минут, такси недорогое.

An excellent family hotel in the heart of old Batumi. The waterfront is a leisurely 10-minute walk away. Slippers, a hairdryer, and a toothbrush are provided. A refrigerator is also included. Numerous supermarkets are nearby. The train station is a 7-minute taxi ride away. A minibus stop for the Turkish border is a 3-minute walk away.

Quite interesting place. It is a residential house where a whole 9th floor is located under the hotel. Sea in 2 minutes walk, also a nearby 24-hour supermarket, a large mall, a lot of restaurants. If you live in the rooms on the left side, you can see the sea, the west side.
