"Отличное расположение, до любых достопримечательностей можно дойти за 5-15 мин, до моря -2-3 мин. Но это центр курортного района, поэтому любые магазины и кафе с высокими и оч высокими ценами. В номере нет заявленных 30 кв м , максимум 20. Комната оч маленькая. Есть хорошие шампунь, бальзам, гель для душа, лосьон, зубная щётка и паста, мыло. Уборка каждый день, смена полотенец тоже, постельное бельё не меняли ни разу. Самое печальное -это завтрак. Как бы шведский стол. Уровень 2 звезды максимум. Кофе заварен в термосе!!!!!)))) чай только черный и горячая вода только из термоса!!! Из еды варёные яйца, сосиски, омлет (или яичница), макароны, огурец, помидор, болгарский перец, лист салата, нарезка ветчины ( штук 10 ломтиков, и если они закончились, нужно ждать, когда принесут ещё, если захотят), сыр низкого качества. И всё! Если вы непривередливы, вам хватит, но это точно не уровень даже 4 звёзд!!! Отдельное спасибо ресепшн за бесплатное продление номера на 2 часа в связи с задержкой рейса! По итогу -всё хорошо, кроме завтрака, который они так рекламируют!!!"

The location is excellent, in the center of old Batumi. Cleanliness, daily cleaning, friendly and welcoming staff. Breakfasts are not very varied, but acceptable for this level of hotel. Disliked: the bed was uncomfortable to sleep in. The mattress was good, but there was no hair conditioner in the room. I had to ask the cleaning lady for one.

Excellent hotel! The rooms are clean and have everything you need. Breakfasts are fantastic with a great variety of options at the buffet. The restaurant where breakfast is served has a terrace with an amazing mountain view. The hotel is conveniently located, just a 10-minute walk from the old town, and there's a lovely park with a lake and an embankment nearby. I highly recommend visiting this hotel in Batumi; you won't regret it!

As a solo traveler, I had a overall pleasant stay at Best Western Plus Batumi. The hotel is in a very convenient location close to the beach and the main boulevard, which made exploring the city on my own very easy. The reception staff was welcoming and helpful throughout my stay, making me feel quite safe and comfortable. However, there were a couple of areas that prevented it from being a perfect experience. The cleanliness of my room could have been a bit more thorough, as I noticed some dust and minor details that were overlooked. Additionally, noise from the main street and the side alley was somewhat noticeable at night, as the window soundproofing wasn't ideal for a quiet sleep. Despite these smaller issues, the hotel still offered good comfort and value for my trip. It is a solid choice for anyone traveling alone to Batumi, though a bit more attention to housekeeping and quietness would make it even better.

A wonderful hotel in the heart of the old town. It's clearly new, very well renovated. Breakfast is a bit repetitive, but there's everything you need for a snack. The only downside is that it can be noisy at night due to the numerous bars nearby. The hotel also had trouble finding my reservation, but thanks to Trip.com support, everything was quickly sorted out. I won't downgrade the hotel; it's a wonderful place. And I had very stunning view from my room.

The place is good and well-organized, with everything you need like a washing machine, iron, and a small kitchen. It's clean, but not the best. The location is excellent, close to restaurants, cafes, and tourist areas within walking distance. The only issue I had was that after the apartment was cleaned, my pajamas went missing. I asked at the reception, and they said the cleaning staff wasn't there. Since check-out was early in the morning, I gave them my number to contact me if they found them. Honestly, this whole thing made me uneasy; if pajamas can be stolen, what about other belongings? I was a bit stressed and insisted on following up to see if there would be any action, but unfortunately, they didn't care at all and didn't take the matter seriously. If you book here, make sure to keep an eye on your belongings and don't let anyone in to clean.

We had issues during check-in. We had booked a suite for a family of four – two adults and two children aged 7 and 12. Upon entering the room, we realized there were no beds for the children. The front desk promised to resolve the issue once, then twice, then three times, and by the fourth time, we had to get assertive. Eventually, sleeping arrangements were made for everyone, but it took us 7 hours of constant reminding. Overall, it's a great hotel with good breakfasts, a gym, and an indoor pool. The cleaning is good, and the staff is polite.

Located in the new district of Batumi, it's close to the airport but a few kilometers from the old town. However, Batumi's traffic is extremely congested; it took us over an hour to travel just a few kilometers in the afternoon. The city's management is truly terrible. The room was small but fairly clean. It's very close to the beach. Because our flight was in the morning, we hadn't had breakfast, and there was a 50 baht deposit required to borrow an umbrella.

I have spent there 4 days. Check-in 15:00, rather late. Check-out until 11:00, its early, be ready for that as well. The apartments are on the 4th floor of the Steps building. I have arrived by plane. The time to get from the airport to the apartments building is about 40 minutes by foot. Or you may take a bus, though its unclear to me how you may pay it the bus without Batumi card that I had. The weather was rainy about 75% of time. Its a typical winter in Batumi. The wifi was working in apartments well. The cleaning done was every day or at least you are asked whether you need that or not. You need to wait quite some time until hot water at the shower starts. Due to bad weather my plane was postponed. The host did not help me with dealing with it, he just wanted to take 30$ whilst we agreed previously on 13$ by 1 more night by phone. So I had to figure out my new plane ticket and leave in a hurry.

The hotel is a bit old and looks quite different from the photos, but that doesn't make it a bad place at all. A significant downside is that the spa and pool area weren't working. The hotel promotes itself as vintage and antique, which helps to mask its age well. We booked the cheapest room, but it had all the necessary amenities, even a veranda with a city view. The bed was large and comfortable, the bathroom had everything we needed, and the room was regularly stocked with water, tea, coffee, and a small kettle. The room itself was clean. The location is perfect, with all key attractions within walking distance, essentially right in the city center. I especially want to mention the beautiful dining hall and the varied breakfast; there was a wide selection, all the food was delicious, and it changed daily. Overall, I liked the hotel. It has its quirks, of course, but for the price, it's excellent and pleasant accommodation.

This is not a 4* hotel. These are apartments in a residential complex. The room is normal with a balcony, new and quite clean. There is a mini kitchen and a washing machine. There was no drinking water or basic kitchen items (salt, dish sponge, detergent). The location is good. Next to the sea, a park and a mall within walking distance. The airport is nearby The breakfasts are modest. For some reason, everything that should be hot is cold. They cook in advance. The only tasty thing is tea. This is a good 2* apart-hotel.
