"I arrived in Batumi on the 17:05 train from Tbilisi. It was a little after the check-in time of 23:00, but they were able to accommodate me. The entrance was hard to find, and you couldn't enter the building door without being given a number, so first enter through the backyard entrance on the left. You can enter through the door with the word Reception written on it. It was nice that shoes were not allowed inside the building. (I wore the sandals I brought with me.) The bed was spacious and clean. When I was in the building, the shower on the left side didn't have hot water continuously, so please be careful. There didn't seem to be any shampoos. There is a hair dryer. There is a supermarket nearby that is open until midnight. The manager was also kind and nice! The location is also good, as there are tourist attractions and restaurants within walking distance."

"Beautiful suite in a fantastic location. However, the service is poor. At check-in, we were promised we could stay in the same room due to another reservation. However, that promise wasn't kept the next day. No suitable solution was offered either. We were allowed to cancel, but then had to pay all the costs. Moreover, Trip's website claims an indoor pool is included, which isn't the case. You can use the pool for a hefty 80 GEL per day fee. Next time, I'll book a different hotel."

"For a trip of 5 people, we booked a two-bedroom with a 1.8-meter king-sized bed and a sofa bed in the living room. However, when we arrived at the hotel, we only provided a bedroom with a king-sized bed and a sofa bed, plus a folding camp bed (0.8 meters) in a room of 4-5 square meters. The hotel explained the order. That's it, if you have any questions, go to the platform. In order to save trouble, I had to book another double room at the front desk. After the Ctrip customer complained, the customer communicated with me every day. Finally, on the fourth day, the customer service complaint manager (Chen Si) learned about the situation and handled it in a timely manner, and asked Ctrip to bear our responsibility. The cost of the room booked again. Although the hotel brought us unhappiness, Ctrip's spirit of protecting interests is worthy of praise. By the way, after staying for four days, the guest room was not cleaned once. I reported it to the hotel and told them tomorrow every time, but they didn't come to clean it until I left."
