GGuest UserThe most beautiful location and the best hotel on the whole street along the river! The first-line river view is in full view, and there are pavilions for viewing, so you can easily get the beautiful scenery of the Three Gorges. The facilities are also very good, with billiards and table tennis, which are very new and clean, especially the sound system in the KTV room is amazing, I have never heard high notes so easily, haha. The parking spaces are not only neat and sufficient, but also have fast and slow charging piles; in addition, the room Xiaodu is fully controlled, and the balcony and rooftop terrace are facing the river view at any time, which is refreshing. There is also a vegetable garden, where you can pick fresh vegetables and stir-fry them at will, which are sweet and crispy and truly organic, haha. By the way, it is very close and convenient to the Three Gorges Dam and the Three Gorges People's Scenic Area. The boss and his wife are also very generous and enthusiastic, thinking about us everywhere, and feel like their own relatives. Come back to play in the summer vacation!

GGuest UserWe stayed at the B&B for two nights and had three meals. The owner was very welcoming and the food was delicious. I got caught in the rain at the waterfall and felt uncomfortable. The boss also gave me cold medicine, which was very considerate. After I got home, I asked the boss to help me mail some Yichang specialties. Thank you very much~ The location of the B&B is excellent. The infinity pool has a wide view and the scenery is super beautiful. It was a very satisfying experience during this trip~

When I checked in, I sent the children's dental appliances, disposable slippers, and small snacks! Generally, it is a treatment that parent-child hotels will have. 😘 Help send hair dryers and water at night! Whether you go out or come back for a short stay, you will ask if you need help! Especially intimate! The waiter also left a note warmly, and the children were very happy and left a message.

The reviews mentioned great service, and upon arrival, I found that the service truly is exceptional. From check-in to check-out, I encountered several friendly ladies who greeted everyone warmly and spoke gently. They even recommended the hotel's travel agency, where I booked a day trip. The convenience of boarding at the East Station was a huge plus! After a leisurely breakfast, we just walked to the East Station and started our day of sightseeing. In the evening, the staff even reminded us to close the windows to prevent mosquitoes from coming in – so thoughtful! The breakfast was also excellent. 👍

SShangshanruoshui2023The room was incredibly spacious, super big, with three beds for four people. It was the most comfortable night we stayed during our trip. My son immediately stuck to his little tatami bed as soon as we entered and didn't want to move. The room's design was unique, and the whole family loved it. The 4th-floor terrace was very stylish, offering views of the Yangtze River. At night, we went to the 9th-floor platform and unexpectedly saw the Three Gorges Dam illuminated. The owner's pick-up and drop-off service was excellent. The only regret was that we couldn't buy tickets for the Three Gorges Dam ship lift.

GGuest UserThe location is very convenient, the room facilities are brand new, and the cleaning was meticulous with spotless bedding. The staff thoughtfully brought snacks and drinks upon check-in. Breakfast is 15 yuan per person, delivered to the room, and they even have authentic hot dry noodles! The front desk staff were also very professional and patiently answered all my questions. Thumbs up! 👍👍

LLexi SunBooked for my parents, and I have to give this hotel a raving review! **Amazing Environment** First of all, the room was incredibly spacious, clean, and tidy, with a wet/dry separated bathroom. The overall layout and decor were excellent. As for the view, it was absolutely stunning! My mom even recorded a short video and posted it as a separate moment on WeChat. The window overlooks the dam, very close, clear, and spectacular! The last photo is a screenshot I took from my mom's video, and it makes me want to visit myself! **Excellent Service** The front desk staff member was a very pretty young lady, who spoke softly and gently. I called her several times regarding my parents' two-dams-and-one-gorge boat tickets, and she was never impatient. She was incredibly meticulous, patient, and thoughtful in answering my questions, helping me check boat schedules, and planning routes, all with great clarity. My parents had a wonderful time following the route, and after they arrived at the hotel, they told me how pretty she was, haha. In short, with staff like her, how could anyone not be happy? I highly recommend everyone to stay here!

The toiletries in the room are also fantastic – they smell great and work wonders. The self-service counter at the front desk thoughtfully provides facial cleanser, moisturizer, makeup remover, and even contact lens solution. Even the hairdryer in the room is a powerful yet lightweight model, which is a lifesaver for long-haired women. For breakfast, the hotel offers a pre-arranged nutritious meal; just send a message to the front desk with your room number and a robot delivers it right to your door – amazing! The staff are all smiles throughout, and the attention to detail is superb. The value for money is absolutely incredible!

GGuest UserThis is a hotel within another hotel.The name outside is 民生酒店，but once you go thru the revolving door you will find the front desk straight ahead with the correct name. For some reason the hotel is from the 11th-13th floors. For a fee there is a typical Chinese breakfast buffet on the 5th. floor. It is two blocks from Aqua Plaza which has pool tables, movie theaters, restaurants and clothing stores. There is a Lanzhou la mian across the street and two nearby parks. Bus 12 will take you to Yiling Square and the Children's Park. Bus B68 will take you to the East Train Station. Great price and a place to refill water bottles is in the lobby.

DDebbie ZhuWe are very satisfied with the service of the hotel. The front desk girls are very nice and helpful; cleaning lady, Zhangping is doing a great job. Self washing Landry machine is very convenient, especially the staff are very nice to help you hang your clothes when it is done with washing, so you don’t need to wait for it. The only drawback is that parking place is small and the path of entering and exit is very narrow. And the most of time was full, so we need to park at extended parking area.
