We had such a wonderful stay here! We were on our honeymoon, and the owner went above and beyond to make it special. She surprised us by decorating our room with beautiful flowers and even upgraded us to a larger room, which was incredibly thoughtful. She was extremely kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained. The location is also perfect if you're visiting the area, it's conveniently situated between Huanglong Jiuzhai Railway Station and Huanglong Scenic Area, making it very easy to explore. On the day we left, we had trouble finding a taxi to the railway station because it was rush hour. Without hesitation, she arranged for one of her employees to drive us there free of charge. We were truly touched by her generosity and hospitality. Thank you for making our honeymoon even more memorable. We had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Huanglong!

I booked a hotel the day before, and they explicitly stated they offered a pick-up service. However, when I called, they said they couldn't do it. So, I spontaneously chose this hotel instead. The owner was really great, responding to our messages late at night and even coming to pick us up. The next day, they kindly dropped us off at the high-speed rail station early in the morning. The hotel itself was clean and cozy, and the owner even packed us breakfast to take to the station.

The owner was incredibly welcoming. Even before we arrived, while we were still on the high-speed train, his car was already waiting for us at the station. He even helped us with our luggage. The environment is also very good, clean, and everything is disposable, which makes you feel very safe using them. The room even has a full skylight, which is awesome! The location is super convenient too, with a whole street of food stalls right outside, so you don't have to walk far to find something to eat. In the middle of the night, my child had severe altitude sickness, but thankfully, there's a pharmacy right next to the guesthouse.

Fantastic!!! I'm traveling alone and have stayed in several hotels recently, but this one is by far the best! I'm a very light sleeper, and their pillows and duvet were incredibly comfortable! It's not facing the street, so the mountain view is amazing and it's quite quiet. The pillows are memory foam, much better than the ones at the Hanting and Home Inn I stayed at previously – I was genuinely touched when I felt them... You can't order takeout in the Huanglong area, so I had dinner at the hotel, and it was delicious! Super satisfied. The hotel's service was also excellent; they gave me rides from the station to the hotel and to the attractions, which I really appreciate. I also have the hotel to thank for getting me to the bus early in the morning. Thanks again!

The hotel's location is very close to the scenic area, making sightseeing easy, and the surrounding environment is also fantastic with beautiful natural scenery. Taking a walk around the hotel in the morning to breathe in the fresh air felt absolutely wonderful.

The room is spacious and bright, Baidu smart speaker light control and electric curtains are very good, it is very convenient for children to put stories and music. Room service is meticulous and thoughtful, and the details reflect the intentions everywhere. Chuanzhusi Town is less than 5 minutes drive away. You can park your car. There is someone to help guide you at the door. The surrounding area is quiet and not noisy. After visiting Jiuangou that day, we were going to Huanglong Scenic Area the next day, so we chose to stay at the hotel in Chuanzhu Temple. The hotel environment is quite good, and the scenery outside the window is very good. When you open the curtains, you can see the snow-capped mountains, colorful forests, and lawns. , Yak, but the hygiene of the hotel is not satisfactory. I found a few long hairs on the bed. I seriously doubt that the waiter did not change them after each guest. The cold and hot water are also yellow and look dirty. They are not drinkable at all. At three in the morning The electricity stopped after ordering. Breakfast was very simple. It only had steamed buns, white porridge, and pickles. The most important thing was that the steamed buns and porridge were cold. How to eat on such a cold day? The service was not at all attentive. I think the main thing about this hotel is I'm here to pick up the tour group. Several buses came at night and woke me up before 6 o'clock in the morning. The tour group left too early.

My partner and I stayed at this hotel and were very satisfied with the environment, service, and facilities.
