Consistently great, as always! I've stayed at Xana Hotelle branches up north before, but never knew there was one in Qionghai. I chose this place for a trip with my child, and it was perfect. The room is very spacious, with a sofa, and there's an underground parking lot. The environment is also very clean. What I love most is their king-size bed – zero pressure and incredibly comfortable. It's huge, easily fitting three people. We stayed in the 'Goddess Room,' which has both a shower and a bathtub, and the bathroom is also very big. Hot water comes quickly, and all the room controls are smart, which made for a great experience. It really offers incredible value for money! Breakfast is on the third floor, with both Chinese and Western options, and all the dishes are very fresh! I'll definitely choose this place again when I come back to Qionghai.

All the staff were very friendly, helpful, as an English couple who spoke no Chinese the staff were going that extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed, after 4 months of travelling through South East Asia the were by far the best.
