Hotel location is very good, facilities are practical, materials are better. The surrounding food is convenient and the service is better. There are many parking spaces, and it should be worth considering for self-driving friends.

The hotel opened in 2024. The front desk staff had a very good service attitude. Because Inner Mongolia is relatively dry, they would kindly remind us to drink more water and moisturize. The only problem was that we didn't have breakfast, which we will make up for next time.

What a fantastic stay! To find a place like this in the desert – so clean, convenient, and with genuinely friendly and generous staff – it's truly a hidden gem! The hotel front desk sells attraction tickets at a great price, which really enhances the experience. After the scenic area closes, it's essentially like having the whole place to yourself; you can go wherever you want and have the entire desert all to yourself. In the evenings, they even organize trips deeper into the desert to stargaze and take photos! It's also pet-friendly, and my dog absolutely loved playing in the sand! When the water heater broke in the middle of the night, a staff member came right up, fixed it in no time, and even replaced the showerhead with a new one. Their efficiency and service attitude definitely deserve a five-star rating! Highly recommend!

The shower was small, and the room wasn't big either. I was thinking the cleanliness would be acceptable, but then there was a wet towel left under the sink... To make matters worse, there was a municipal power outage. The room was right next to the stairs, and there was a lot of noise from people carrying luggage downstairs early in the morning. The room wasn't soundproof either. The air conditioner didn't work either. The worst part was that I thought I could at least get some sleep even if it was noisy, but then the power came back on, and the TV automatically turned on again. I turned off the TV, and then the power went out again, then came back on, and the TV turned on again, then went out again. I was completely unable to sleep. Because of the power outage, there was no food for breakfast, and I had to use two candles to keep the other things warm. How could they even charge for breakfast? Breakfast was listed as an extra charge when I booked the room. While the municipal power outage is unavoidable, it definitely affected the experience. I specifically chose a new hotel, and the entrance was hard to find. Three cars behind us all went to the wrong entrance.

I loved the smart thermostat-controlled toilet; it was very comfortable to use. The breakfast menu changed daily, which was a nice touch. Everything was clean, and the service was attentive. Overall, my experience was perfect, making it an excellent choice for accommodation during your travels!

Everything you need for dining, entertainment, and shopping is right around the corner. Authentic local breakfast spots and delicious lamb offal shaomai are nearby, and you can easily walk to Baita Park and Beiguo Shopping for some retail therapy or a stroll. Getting to attractions outside the city is also incredibly convenient. The front desk staff are thoughtful and attentive, and they treat guests with warmth. Whether you're visiting family or just exploring, staying here makes it so easy to enjoy local food and visit nearby sights. The value for money is absolutely outstanding!

Every request was met with a smile, and we never once felt like anything was too much trouble.
