GGuest UserTSINGPLE Hotel is in Kaiping City centre next to Vanguard shopping centre and conveniently located. Abundance of restaurants and coffee shops all within walking distance and also close to a river.
Hotel services are great with good amenities such as breakfast buffet and many small items in the lobby free of charge such as candies bandages eye glasses cleaning tissue paper. Free laundry with detergent.
Some rooms have smoking smells recommend hotel to have some nonsmoking rooms.

TtommasEnvironment: The facilities are quite new, apparently, this is a 4.0 hotel, which is a bit more expensive than regular hotels, but it still has the Xiaodu smart voice assistant, which is pretty high-tech and good. There are many restaurants not far away, so no worries about food, and it's also close to scenic spots, which is great.
Service: The service attitude has always been very good.
Facilities: The only thing is that the parking spaces are quite limited, probably because there's a car rental company here. It would likely be difficult to park during holidays.

GGuest UserBeautiful inn in a lovely tranquil location. We had a wonderful stay. The inn itself is absolutely gorgeous and we had a great time just sitting in the lobby area. Service is great; they helped us with our luggage up the second floor (only stairs here). The area is nice and quiet, but convenient - we walked 15 mins to Li Yuan and it was easy to book a DiDi car anywhere. There is a free shuttle bus between Li Yuan, the other Diao Lou villages and Chikan Ancient Town which was very convenient. Breakfast was lovely and so nicely presented, and the nice lady kept telling us we could ask for more.

GGuest UserWe had an awesome stay. Hotel is very new and clean, and well located with many eateries. Our room was very spacious and clean. Loved the pressed linens and comfortable bed. All the staff especially housekeeping staff Ms. 秀，are very welcoming and helpful. She was very apologetic and tried all ways to get rid of the cigarette smoke smell in our room like offering an aroma diffuser and canned aroma spray after knowing that I had asthma. Thanks to her effort, I was able to sleep comfortably and extended our stay. She even helped us call our relatives in Heshan using her personal handphone as we had data only sim cards and could not make calls. Mr 古, the night front desk staff, was also very helpful by using his personal handphone to call the hotel in Guangzhou to inform them of my medical condition and needed a cigarette smoke free room. I would highly recommend this hotel.

GGuest UserHaving stayed in so many hotels, this one really impressed me. The service staff was very warm and thoughtful. They helped to upgrade the room type and gave us free breakfast. There is a self-service laundry service on the 7th floor of the hotel, which can be dried. It is very suitable for business trips. Next time I go on a business trip, I will choose this place as my first choice!

AAnonymous UserFacilities: Very complete. Just bring your own food, seasonings, disposable bowls and chopsticks. Staying in the villa allows you to make delicious meals like at home. It also has its own yard for barbecue.
Hygiene: Generally OK. But the bedding is a bit old
Environment: Quiet surroundings. Convenient parking. We had 5 cars parked at the door of the villa without any problems. It was convenient to pack up. The children loved the swimming pool and slide the most. They had a lot of fun.
Service: Butler Ajun was enthusiastic and responsive.

AAnonymous UserStaying at this hotel was an amazing experience! The room was spotless and tidy, and the bedding was so soft and comfortable that I slept soundly until morning. The staff were warm and attentive, always ready to help with anything I needed. The location is also fantastic, close to great food and attractions. I highly recommend everyone to stay here!
