This newly opened Vienna Hotel has a spacious lobby and fast elevators. The breakfast was pretty good, with a decent variety. My room was on a high floor, offering a great view. Overall, it's excellent value for money.

TSINGPLE Hotel is in Kaiping City centre next to Vanguard shopping centre and conveniently located. Abundance of restaurants and coffee shops all within walking distance and also close to a river. Hotel services are great with good amenities such as breakfast buffet and many small items in the lobby free of charge such as candies bandages eye glasses cleaning tissue paper. Free laundry with detergent. Some rooms have smoking smells recommend hotel to have some nonsmoking rooms.

check in service is great, efficient and smooth. location is perfect and easy to reach. generally is clean and tidy and nothing to criticise. will recommend to friends and absolutely come back again. in fact it is our second time here

I had a wonderful stay at this small hotel in my hometown. The location is incredibly convenient — it’s right across the street from a mall with plenty of food options, entertainment, and lots of activities for my kids. It made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable. The staff were super friendly and always willing to help with anything we needed. They really made us feel welcome. The rooms were clean, simple, and comfortable. While they’re not fancy, they have everything you need for a pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay!

Hygiene: The hygiene across the board was excellent. Facilities: The toilet and bathroom facilities are all very new. Environment: A comfortable room with no strange odors. Service: The front desk service was great, attentive, and quick to respond. I've rebooked this hotel multiple times. They offer afternoon tea at 2 PM with Coke, Sprite, and a small selection of pastries. Although the breakfast variety isn't huge, the fruit is fresh and there's plenty of yogurt. The service is quite good, and I'm very satisfied. On a less busy day, the front desk even helped upgrade my room, which was a thoughtful touch.

I keep forgetting to leave a review, but I absolutely *have* to give this hotel a great one! We came out of Chikan Ancient Town late on New Year's Eve, and it wasn't far at all. To be honest, the moment I walked in, I could tell this hotel had been around for a while, so I wasn't really expecting much. But our stay was full of pleasant surprises! 1. The river view is stunning. 2. The room has been renovated and is super comfortable. 3. They actually have a NIO battery swap station – a huge surprise for car owners! 4. We even got a free Chikan Ancient Town fridge magnet.

The overall service level of this hotel is exceptional, and I particularly want to commend all the staff at the front desk. They are not only highly skilled and efficient but also consistently gentle and polite. From check-in inquiries to check-out procedures, they patiently answered all sorts of questions and proactively offered travel advice. Their attention to detail and thoughtfulness made the entire stay incredibly comfortable and pleasant. I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit.

The European-style lobby is grand and elegant, creating a wonderful ambiance. The room was clean. Upon check-in, the front desk proactively assigned a room with a view and even thoughtfully provided welcome fruits. When I needed an extra pillow in the early hours, it was delivered within minutes by a kind and polite staff member. The breakfast offered a full spread of Cantonese dim sum and Western dishes. It was a very comfortable and pleasant stay.

They were not only warm and welcoming but also went above and beyond to recommend great local places to visit. Their insider tips helped me discover hidden gems I wouldn’t have found on my own. It felt like having a personal guide! Cleanliness is clearly a top priority here—my room was immaculate. The bedding deserves a special shoutout: the mattress was incredibly comfortable, the linens were crisp and high-quality, and the pillows felt like clouds. I slept like a baby every night, which is rare when traveling! The amenities at this hotel are incredible, especially considering the price. The common area had a washer, dryer, and steamer, which made packing light and staying fresh a breeze. The in-room elliptical machine was a fantastic touch, allowing me to keep up with my fitness routine without leaving my room. It truly felt like a home away from home. The area around the hotel is peaceful and serene, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Despite being so quiet, it’s incredibly convenient to get around, whether by car or public transport. All of these for under $50 a night?! I couldn’t believe how reasonable the price was for such high-quality accommodations. It’s rare to find a place that offers so much at such an affordable rate. i stay this hotel many times, its very good location with very good price.. will stay again when i m in jiangmen..
