Choosing this hotel was a spontaneous decision, but it ended up being a delightful surprise. It even made me decide to extend my stay at 3 a.m., and I convinced my friend, who had already booked another hotel, to switch to this one. We arrived in Jiangmen at 12:30 a.m. and found that this was a brand-new hotel. There were ample parking spaces in the two underground garage levels. The entire staff, including Jason, Bella, Susie, William, Coco, and others, provided us with a very welcoming service, truly making guests feel at home. The lobby had a welcome spread of fruits and drinks, and it was clean and bright. The room layout was well thought out, spacious, and tidy. The hotel amenities were eco-friendly without compromising on luxury. The breakfast was nutritious and delicious, even making someone like me who doesn't usually eat breakfast have quite a bit. The staff were warm, sincere, and genuinely listened to guest feedback. Both my family and friends agree that this team has greatly increased our affection for the Poltton brand. Jiangmen is traditionally known as a home for overseas Chinese, and many come back to visit their families. I must say, the hotel's family-style service model was refreshing and made a great impression. I've already recommended it to many of my overseas relatives and friends. The hotel lobby is grand and we free upgraded room as mentioned by the receptionist, however I do not see any different with the one I'm booking ) The hotel breakfast have variety of choice which consider good compare to other China hotel.

The services provided was good. Front desk staff provided very helpful guidance. There were a lot of free meals and buffets and entertainments. Location of the hotel is good because it closes to large mall with many restauarants.

I recently stayed at Xi'an Deluxe Hotel and had a great experience! As soon as I entered the lobby, the unique aromatherapy smell lingered, and the elegant and romantic atmosphere instantly captured me. The room was exquisitely decorated and warm, and the French-style decoration showed the style, especially the comfortable big bed, which was as soft as a cloud, allowing me to sleep well all night. The toiletries in the bathroom were charming and of great quality. The staff was warm and thoughtful, and the breakfast was also rich, with both Chinese and Western food, and the taste was great. I will choose here next time!

The waiter responded quickly. The sleeping environment at night is also quiet. The only small drawback is that the soundproofing of the house is not very good. The other rooms are closed. The whole room will vibrate. Fortunately, everyone is quiet after 10 pm. The pillows and quilts in the room are very comfortable.

Although the occupancy rate is high during the Spring Festival, my request was made more than a month ago, not just on the day of check-in. So the hotel is not considerate enough in this regard.

Talk to the front desk staff and arrange a change immediately. Good service attitude. So it's better to confirm before entering the room. The room is big and clean. The location is also very convenient The shower room and the toilet are separated by two doors. It's not very convenient to use. There should be no need for two doors, just open in the middle, and a clothes rack can be placed on the wall beside the toilet. Now there is no place to put clothes in the shower, so it can only be put outside. When someone needs to shower, come out to get dressed 🤣🤣🤣 It is inconvenient

The overall feeling is very good 👍👍 came with friends, cost-effective. The room facilities are complete. The surrounding environment is very comfortable. The service attitude is very good. The hot springs are also very distinctive. They don't feel crowded. Everyone can find their own pool. Very happy two days and one night, will go again. Give full marks.

The hotel has been open for some years, but the room design is full of Japanese style, the bed is soft and comfortable, and the stay experience is still very good! The hotel has a direct access to the hot spring area, there are many types of pools, the water temperature is moderate, you can chat and relax when you are in the soup, and there is a fish treatment experience. However, there are fewer entertainment facilities around, and there are not many activities to choose from except for hot springs at night. The hotel service is intimate, the staff is warm and friendly, and also helped us recommend fun places around. It is very convenient to drive by car, the parking lot is large, suitable for girlfriends to travel on weekends!
