Environment: Quiet and pleasant, far from the city's hustle and bustle, perfect for families or couples looking to relax and unwind. Cleanliness: The accommodation and guest rooms are exceptionally clean and tidy. Facilities: The rooms are fully equipped with high-standard amenities, and the building has an elevator, making it suitable for wheelchair users or elderly guests with mobility issues. Service: Both the front desk staff and the dining service personnel are incredibly friendly. They even adjusted the meals to accommodate guests' dietary restrictions. I traveled with my mother, who has mobility issues and occasionally needs a wheelchair. This guesthouse came highly recommended and praised by her. The host and the receptionist are very kind and helpful. If you want to have a vacation out of town with families, this is the place that will fulfill your demands. For foreigners, you may use the app 'Gaode Dache' and choose 'Shunfengche' (carpool); the traveling fee will be cheaper than 'Dache' (taking a taxi) and more convenient.

I keep forgetting to leave a review, but I absolutely *have* to give this hotel a great one! We came out of Chikan Ancient Town late on New Year's Eve, and it wasn't far at all. To be honest, the moment I walked in, I could tell this hotel had been around for a while, so I wasn't really expecting much. But our stay was full of pleasant surprises! 1. The river view is stunning. 2. The room has been renovated and is super comfortable. 3. They actually have a NIO battery swap station – a huge surprise for car owners! 4. We even got a free Chikan Ancient Town fridge magnet.

We stayed at the hotel on the second day of the ***** New Year. The room was spacious, new, and tidy, with a street-facing balcony. It featured a smart toilet and intelligent lighting controls. The check-in lobby offered an afternoon tea set with exquisite dim sum and a variety of drinks, plus a play area for children. The buffet supper had a wide selection, which was perfect as we came back from watching the fireworks that evening and enjoyed a complimentary supper directly at the hotel. The hotel is located in a bustling city area, making our trip with elderly parents and children very convenient and comfortable.

Every Chinese New Year when I visit relatives in Enping, I stay here. They have everything from dining to entertainment, and it's right in the city center. There's even a laundry room, so I don't have to worry about washing clothes when staying for several days – highly recommended! They also provide complimentary cookies and milk every night, which is a lovely touch.

We had a wonderful stay at the ChaoQi Hotel. After a smooth check-in, a convenient cart picked us up and brought us directly to our room door. The location is incredible, situated inside the Chikan resort where you can find numerous restaurants, shops, and attractions. A great perk was that our stay included entry tickets, giving us the chance to enjoy many of the resort's lively shows. Our room was super comfortable, impeccably clean, and very family-friendly. Our kids especially loved the indoor playground on the ground floor. The buffet breakfast offered a fantastic variety of options, featuring multiple live stations with both Asian and Western choices. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again if I return to the Kaiping area.

The European-style lobby is grand and elegant, creating a wonderful ambiance. The room was clean. Upon check-in, the front desk proactively assigned a room with a view and even thoughtfully provided welcome fruits. When I needed an extra pillow in the early hours, it was delivered within minutes by a kind and polite staff member. The breakfast offered a full spread of Cantonese dim sum and Western dishes. It was a very comfortable and pleasant stay.

I chose this hotel due to its proximity to both my home and my grandparents' house. However, an event called the ”All-China National Games”, specifically a volleyball tournament held in Taishan - meant that most of the players were also staying here. I understand that this arrangement was likely due to government decision-making. Nonetheless, this situation caused significant inconvenience to regular guests. For instance, delivery services (robots) were prohibited, and access to the self-service laundry was restricted. When I asked for assistance, a staff member stated, ”We don't do laundry for customers.” Only after I explained my inconvenience was caused by the national games did the manager offer to make an exception, saying, ”We will do laundry for you since you are a special case these days.” This reasoning is highly unsatisfactory. The reason I couldn't do my laundry was that I was denied access to the sixth floor, where the laundry room is located. If the hotel cannot adequately accommodate regular customers during such events, they should not accept bookings from the public.

We booked this hotel for a weekend hiking trip to Mount Dayanshan. The environment was lovely, and the mountain view from the balcony was incredibly relaxing. I forgot to take pictures of the room, but the bathroom had a bathtub, which was perfect for a soothing soak after the hike. The only minor issue was that the hairdryer wasn't very powerful. The hotel also partners with the coffee shop at the entrance of Mount Dayanshan (I forgot to take a picture of that too!), offering discounts on exclusive drinks, but unfortunately, we only saw the offer after we'd already eaten and returned. I highly recommend the breakfast – definitely worth the price! We ate until we were stuffed. They had a great selection of both Chinese and Western options: fruits, salads, yogurt, fried eggs, noodles, hot dishes, milk, coffee, porridge, bread, ham... everything you could imagine! In fact, most of the photos I took were of the breakfast. For lunch, we tried their room service; the portions were quite generous. We ordered two dishes for two people and couldn't even finish them. After breakfast, we explored the hotel's back garden. The hotel also has a gym, a swimming pool, and a kids' play area, but we were too exhausted from hiking to try them out. The front desk staff was fantastic – very gentle, attentive, and professional! Finally, the hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Mount Dayanshan, which was very close and convenient. As complete beginners, we took our time hiking up and down Mount Dayanshan, and the whole trip took us about 3 hours.
