Very perfect, no smell, super good service, and print the admission ticket, thank you very much for the service staff! Facilities: New Hygiene: clean Environment: beautiful Service: Excellent Next time I come to Heze, I will still live in his house! I like it very much!

Staff warm and helpful, very excellent & generous team, may be their food needs improvement, breakfast is poor

The rooms smell with cigerate, changed to level 13 non smoking floor. But still got people smoking ib the common corridor, lifts, and reception area. A bit ness with outsider patronising the SPA at the sane building. It is converted from a residential apartment to a new hotel. And our room is directly underneath Breakfast area, so very noisy from 630am, chairs dracking waking up us in the morning. The noise proofing failed to sealed the car horning from the street. The staff are friendly, washing facilities are great. I will not return to the sane hitel b

All was well. Everyone is friendly. Mr. Zhao, the hotel security, is especially friendly and helpful. The cleaning lady is also quite accommodating. All over, it’s a wonderful experience to stay in this hotel (for a week) and I would do it again when the time comes.

This stay truly exceeded my expectations, I absolutely have to give it a glowing review. As soon as I arrived, the front desk staff were warm and polite, and check-in was super fast. They even thoughtfully told me about local restaurants and transport routes. The room was spotlessly clean, with no strange smells at all. The bed was soft and fluffy, the pillows were just the right height, and the soundproofing at night was excellent – I slept soundly until morning. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, plenty of hot water, and the toiletries were of good quality. The hotel's location is also superb.

The room was quite good. It was very clean, and the lady at the front desk even extended my check-out time for free. She had a super nice attitude!

The overall environment of the hotel is elegant and warm, the room is well lit, the view is wide, and the details are full of care. The service staff is kind and responsive, which makes people feel intimate. The surrounding facilities are perfect, travel and dining are very convenient, quiet and not noisy, whether it is business travel or leisure travel is very suitable, highly recommended!

The front desk staff were incredibly kind and attentive, and their coffee-making skills were excellent. The cafe itself has a quiet, vintage ambiance, and everything was spotlessly clean. My stay was super comfortable; the bedding was so soft that I slept soundly. It's also very conveniently located. I'll definitely choose this place again for my next trip. Highly recommend!

The hotel is next to Yuncheng Bus Station and within walking distance to Shui Hu Hero City. The hotel is reasonably clean and has breakfast available for purchase. The checkout time is 2:00pm. Would recommend it.

This stay experience was really great! The hotel service is particularly intimate, the front desk lady is gentle and patient, knowing that I am coming to the exam, and also took the initiative to help me extend the check-out time for free, too warm heart ～ The room is clean and comfortable, people live very at ease, highly recommended!
