Very thankful to the hotel staff, Bruce that help me to monitor the room vacancy so I can continue my stay to view the peonies in Caozhou Mudan Garden. His great assistance is well appreciated. Thank you so much. Location is very accessible, nearby shopping mall and surrounded with lots of good food. The hotel also has a cute robot that deliver delivery to guests. Last year I also stay here. Like this hotel as the housekeeping staffs are also very friendly. She even chats with me about the flowers she arranged. Bus stop is also right in front of the hotel.

The location is very good, downstairs is the largest comprehensive shopping mall in Heze, Jiahe City, eating and shopping are super convenient. Hotel facilities are relatively new and the room is very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is rich, self-service, and robots. During the Spring Festival, I was fortunate to meet the general manager of the hotel Helen, manager Bob Wang, and sales director Kevin. They were all very sincere, warm, cordial and dedicated. A family came to Heze to see the peonies and chose to stay in this hotel. It felt like an original place when they came in. The starry sky roof was very popular with the kids. The room was very clean, equipped with a purifier, and socks were prepared. The welcome cards were all handwritten, very attentive, and the service staff were also very nice. We arrived at 11:30 pm, and the hotel also provided supper service. The wontons were delicious! The buffet breakfast was also good, and fruits were delivered in the afternoon! GGuest UserThe air conditioner in my room was not cooled. I slept until 2:30 in the middle of the night and woke up sweating. I called the front desk and the response was too hot. The front desk asked the project to answer the air conditioner. The front desk still changed me to a room north, opened the window and opened the air conditioner, and fell asleep in a daze. Wake up in the morning and find that the air conditioner is still cooling, it should be that the air conditioner in the room I live in is broken.
The front desk service gave a compliment. The level of the engineering department is not good, shouldn't the room air conditioner be monitored daily? It can only be found after the tenants check in. What is this?
