GGuest UserThe room was generally clean. The service was generally good. However, I don't know what kind of insect bit us adults and left us with swollen bumps. My child also had six bumps on his butt. The front desk said it was mosquitoes, and we searched the room for a long time but couldn't find any. The service was very friendly and said we could change rooms. Since it was mosquitoes, what's the big deal? The room we already had was full of the blood of three people, so why bother feeding new mosquitoes? I didn't accept the staff's kindness. The breakfast and other things were very good.

GGuest UserI chose ”Nihao Hotel” when I came to Leling on a business trip. It was really worth the money. Manager Zhang of the hotel has high professional quality, is sincere in treating people, and has a strong sense of service. He must give it a thumbs up. The lady at the front desk also upgraded my room for free. Her attitude was gentle and patient, which was great. The hotel is clean and tidy, has good sound insulation, and has an excellent location. There are free parking spaces at the door. Full marks for the overall experience! !

GGuest UserI decided to stop by for a night on a whim and found a great value hotel. Cleanliness was paramount! It was visibly clean and thoroughly disinfected, and peace of mind was paramount! The smart butler service allows for voice control of the entire room. The bed was very comfortable, especially the pillows. Unlike other hotels where the pillows are missing, I didn't take any photos, but the actual view is definitely much better than the hotel photos.

The room was clean and tidy, well-equipped, with hot water, air conditioning and comfortable living. The front desk service was warm and helped to store luggage. I could go to the attractions after I checked out. There are supermarkets around, convenient for shopping. There are many types of breakfast and you can eat. The room is soundproof, not noisy at night, and sleep well. The price is reasonable, cost-effective, recommended!

I just went upstairs to pick them up. I looked at the elders and knew that I lived well. This store service is really attentive and worth boasting.

The room was elegantly decorated and impeccably clean, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. I had a wonderful night's sleep! I especially loved the view from the floor-to-ceiling windows; whether it was the bustling city during the day or the dazzling lights at night, it was truly captivating. The bathrooms were modern, the toiletries were high-quality, and every detail was meticulously thought out.
The breakfast menu was incredibly varied, exceeding expectations, offering everything from Western breads and juices to Chinese congee and dim sum. It was delicious and energizing for the day! The hotel's gym and relaxation area were also very clean and well-equipped, perfectly meeting my morning workout needs.
What impressed me most was the staff's service—whether at the front desk, in the guest rooms, or in the restaurant—everyone was patient and attentive, truly making me feel at home. A special thank you to Mr. Meng, whose thoughtful assistance made my trip so much smoother.
