It's my first time staying in this hotel. The overall experience is very good. The room is large, with a 180-degree balcony. It is quiet, comfortable and clean.

I visited Cili, Hunan with my friends and this hotel really caught my eye. I was surprised to find such a high-end hotel in Cili, it's easily comparable to a five-star hotel elsewhere. The hotel service was excellent, and the rooms were fully equipped with smart features, including voice and remote control. The room was very comfortable, and the surrounding area had everything you could need. My trip to Cili was definitely worthwhile, and I'll choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area.

The room is clean and tidy, the room type is good, the layout is reasonable, the room facilities are well-equipped, the room is large, spacious and bright, the hotel is in a good location, parking is convenient, the hotel decoration style is tall, the price is very high, it is recommended!

The bathroom is good and clean. The bed is big and the room is big. But it was very uncomfortable. 1. Old facilities: 1️⃣ The TV definition is very low, it looks very big but it is actually like a stolen camera. It is not clear at all, especially vague, and very dissatisfied. I can't see a TV when I want to watch it. 2️⃣ There is no anti-theft chain in the room. There is a card with an anti-theft chain, but there is no anti-theft chain, because it is a person who lives and wants to change a piece with an anti-theft chain. The staff said that it is like this, which makes me feel at ease. But the door lock looks very weak. 2. Very noisy, unable to rest normally: 1️⃣ The air conditioner is very loud, the minimum wind is very loud, and I can't sleep well at all. 2️⃣ When I checked in, I asked for a quieter room. As a result, I arranged a very strange room. There was a corridor in the room. There were two elevator buttons on the side of the corridor. It looked weird and scary. And the window downstairs is the community, it is very noisy from the afternoon to the evening, there is a broadcast and a horn, there is no way to rest, the experience is very poor, it is very noisy from 4 pm to 7 or 8 pm. 3️⃣ There is something in the bathroom that has been ticking, flashing, very scary, I don't know what it is. 3. The sofa pillow is dirty and the bedside has a smell. 4. Breakfast is average, rice noodles are particularly large, but not tasty. Soy milk has no sugar, and there is no extra sugar to add next to it.

The room is very big, the bed is also very big, it is very comfortable to live with children, the floor-to-ceiling windows provide a good view, it has its own restaurant and the farm food is delicious, the yard in front is very large, the children can play freely during the day. You can drive to the waterside to play in the water in a few minutes. It is very close to Zhangjiajie Ice and Snow World. The front desk is very enthusiastic and worth recommending!

I have been here several times. This is a hotel with a relatively high cost performance within 200 RMB in Cili. This time, there was a little problem. There was always a smell in the room and many facilities in the bathroom were damaged. I hope the business can pay attention to it. There is a corner missing from the floor of the shower room, which is easy to hit customers. I didn’t take a photo when I was taking a shower. The breakfast is getting simpler now. I hope it can be improved. Otherwise, it will always be surpassed by other hotels in the future.
