From 6 o'clock in the morning, a group of men and women were running, chasing and screaming in the corridor, which lasted until 9 o'clock. No staff reminded us during this period. At first, I thought the hotel was on fire! Before breakfast was 9:30, the aunties kept urging us and kept emphasizing that the hotel would close at 9:30! They said there were only a few minutes left before closing! They kept screaming that the dishes they didn't have would not be replenished! It felt like having breakfast was like begging for food! Summary: This is an unmanaged hotel!"
