"I chose Harmona because I was specifically looking for a peaceful place to rest and sleep well. During check-in, I clearly informed the reception staff that I would prefer a quiet room away from other guests, especially families. Unfortunately, this request was not taken into consideration. I was placed on a floor surrounded by families and was woken up around 8 a.m. by extremely loud conversations happening across the hallway, where families were shouting and speaking loudly to each other between rooms.
I was disappointed that the staff did not pay closer attention to my request, especially considering the purpose of my stay was rest and relaxation.
The amenities were also quite underwhelming. Seeing Lipton tea served in China was surprising, and the general cleanliness standards did not meet expectations. There were used cups and instant noodle containers left in the hallway for two days without being cleared away. The room itself was not very clean either — there were marks on the walls and even a dead cockroach when I checked in.
On a positive note, the hotel is located in a beautiful natural area, which made it pleasant for morning walks and jogging."

"The location of the hotel is particularly good. It is located 200 meters from the exit of the Grand Canyon. The proprietress is particularly hospitable. There is no car to go to the Grand Canyon from the Forest Park at night. She also specially asked her friend to bring me back. She kept calling to confirm my safety. The next day, I needed to take the high-speed rail bus and gave me the contact information of the through train. I asked me to scan the code to buy a ticket in advance. I went to the scenic spot in the morning and was afraid that I would drive her private car directly and send me to the entrance of the scenic spot. The thoughtfulness and caring made me feel the enthusiasm of Hunan people. Picking up my suitcase, I helped me carry it up to the third floor. The room was clean and warm. There were some. There were many restaurants. The taste was not a big restaurant, but it was a good taste. The only fly in the ointment was that the water temperature was not stable and easy to get hot and cold. There are also some aging and water stains in the hotel for a long time, and the environment is carefully considered for the fault, but this price can live in a clean hotel is already good value for money, it is recommended that all tourists who want to go to the Grand Canyon stay."

"Never been so serious: First of all, it is to let the children rest and play on this trip, but the experience is the worst. When we arrived, the staff was surprised by 😳, and then asked us if we booked? I said it was set a month ago. The toilet has to be wiped after the shower to go to the toilet. There is no foot pad. It is directly wet. The window of the room is still broken. It cannot be closed. The door is difficult to open. Third, the afternoon tea, although it is sent, but from 2:30 to almost five o'clock, I called once in the middle, but they said that there is a need to go out at 3:30 to buy it, everyone can see which picture needs to buy materials to make, the most important thing, eat is still tide. But breakfast is OK. Fourth: The children's amusement park, I dare not go in to play at all, it is mosquitoes, and we originally wanted to play in the water park with the baby, but said that the facilities were broken and could not be played. Is such a price reasonable for such facilities and services? If it is not open, then do you have to call us in advance to inform us that I can change the hotel. Not waste time there."

GGuest UserThe hotel is on a quiet mountain, very close to the road. I stayed there for two nights. It was a rare quiet and comfortable place. When it was cold, I sat in the fire room with the owner to warm myself. When the sun was good, I basked in it. At night, I set off some fireworks. The boss was very welcoming and gave me some vegetables he grew himself. Thank you and I wish you a happy new year.

AAnonymous UserThe location is fantastic, just a couple of hundred meters from the exit, and a few hundred meters to the free shuttle bus stop for the scenic area (which takes you to the entrance). The service was very friendly.
Our standard room was on the third floor, and the window view was unfortunately blocked. The toilet was a squat toilet. Since this side faces the main entrance, noise from outside in the morning would disturb sleep.
The room door had poor sound insulation, so early risers and cleaning staff not mindful of their volume would wake us up quite early. However, considering the price, it still offers great value for money. You should manage your expectations at this price point; it's not comparable to hotels costing hundreds or thousands.

The bedding is soft and clean, the sound insulation effect is very good, and the quiet sleep is super reliable. The supporting facilities are complete, the floor functions are clearly divided, and the restaurant and laundry fitness are very convenient. GGuest UserThe hotel is in the market town of Jiangyan Town. The location is easier to find. The hotel should have been changed from other hotels to e-sports hotels. It is obvious that it has not been long since it opened. We stayed in a double room, but the bedside did not even have a plug-in board, and the whole room had a bedside table. I feel that these aspects need to be strengthened.
