Mainly Cherry received us very warmly, guided us, produced us with a lot of helpful tips and tricks.
The room we stayed in was the Watery B one, very spacious, nice bathtub and very clean.
Location-wise they provide you with free shuttles to the train station, Natural Park (Avatar) & Glass Bridge.
The food in the Chinese hotel was nice, with a very talented singer, Monica.
The owner of the hotel is very warm, curious and smart person.
Altogether, we felt home there and will 100% return!"

"The room was excellent! We were traveling with our two little ones, and they kindly arranged a room with an extra bed for us, which was very thoughtful. There's a wide array of activities available: laser tag, mini-tanks, go-karting, shooting, and even water cannon battles. Our children not only had a blast but also learned a lot through play. When the weather is hot, the swimming pool is absolutely the best place to be. The kids loved it so much they would happily stay from morning until night!"

衛生：客人極少，衛生工作不錯，衹是淋浴房的防水處理的不好，導致水外漏在衛生間裏。
設施：民宿很大，沒有電梯，客房設施基本都全，估計是由於客人極少的原因，沒有提供早餐。
服務：雖然前台小姑娘不是本地人，也能夠向客人熱情的介紹九溪村的大致情況，告訴我們遊覽的路線和早餐的地點；衹是我們預訂的套餐，含雙人鎂溫泉一份，入住的時候沒有主動提供或詢問，專業性尚需提高。
此行大湘西20餘天，發現除個別熱門景點外，大多數景點遊客都屈指可數，連帶着住宿、餐飲和商鋪都十分蕭條冷落，與2019年前有霄壤之別，這種感覺也在很多旅遊從業人員口中得到了證實。
