GGuest UserI simply *must* sing the praises of Muzhu B&B in Cili! We arrived a bit later than our scheduled check-in time, but the owner was incredibly gracious and didn't mind in the slightest, welcoming us with exceptional warmth and hospitality.
When our family visited the Grand Canyon, the owner personally provided complimentary pick-up and drop-off, saving us the hassle of arranging transportation. On the way, he thoughtfully shared some excellent sightseeing tips.
The room itself was a wonderful surprise – impeccably clean and tidy, with thoughtful touches evident in every detail. We enjoyed a truly comfortable stay.
And let's talk about the food! The home-style dishes were incredibly authentic and every single one was delicious. Our entire family left feeling completely satisfied.
This is definitely our go-to B&B for future visits!

GGuest UserYou can live anywhere in the city, but when I go out to play, I personally prefer quiet places. This hotel is beyond my imagination. It is a very warm and comfortable stay. The owner is very enthusiastic. The room is clean and large. When you open the glass door, the garden is right in front of you. You can also walk from the study to the back garden and pick mushrooms. It is also very close to the glass bridge. I will come again if I have the chance.

GGuest UserThe homestay is very close to the glass plank road. The homestay is clean and tidy. The proprietress’s warm food is also well done. I really like her bacon, especially her green vegetables. I have not eaten this kind of green vegetables for many years. It is highly recommended.

YYucanThe room was excellent! We were traveling with our two little ones, and they kindly arranged a room with an extra bed for us, which was very thoughtful. There's a wide array of activities available: laser tag, mini-tanks, go-karting, shooting, and even water cannon battles. Our children not only had a blast but also learned a lot through play. When the weather is hot, the swimming pool is absolutely the best place to be. The kids loved it so much they would happily stay from morning until night!

KKaikaiLsNever been so serious: First of all, it is to let the children rest and play on this trip, but the experience is the worst. When we arrived, the staff was surprised by 😳, and then asked us if we booked? I said it was set a month ago. Second, we talk about the facilities: the room looks good, but the inside is too crowded, we have to take the two suitcases one by one, otherwise people can't turn around. The toilet has to be wiped after the shower to go to the toilet. There is no foot pad. It is directly wet. The window of the room is still broken. It cannot be closed. The door is difficult to open. Third, the afternoon tea, although it is sent, but from 2:30 to almost five o'clock, I called once in the middle, but they said that there is a need to go out at 3:30 to buy it, everyone can see which picture needs to buy materials to make, the most important thing, eat is still tide. But breakfast is OK. Fourth: The children's amusement park, I dare not go in to play at all, it is mosquitoes, and we originally wanted to play in the water park with the baby, but said that the facilities were broken and could not be played. Is such a price reasonable for such facilities and services? If it is not open, then do you have to call us in advance to inform us that I can change the hotel. Not waste time there.

TTangfengyisongyu環境：因為來江埡泡溫泉，這家民宿成了為數不多的選擇之一。距離溫泉中心很近，出行方便。來了之後才發現店名取自九溪衛的諧音，而九溪衛則是在明洪武年間設立的邊疆衛所，一度其所管轄的範圍很大。看一看客房內放置的《九溪村志》，在九溪衛村走一走，感覺很不錯。店主也是一位熱愛歷史文化從九溪村走出來的企業家。
衛生：客人極少，衛生工作不錯，衹是淋浴房的防水處理的不好，導致水外漏在衛生間裏。
設施：民宿很大，沒有電梯，客房設施基本都全，估計是由於客人極少的原因，沒有提供早餐。
服務：雖然前台小姑娘不是本地人，也能夠向客人熱情的介紹九溪村的大致情況，告訴我們遊覽的路線和早餐的地點；衹是我們預訂的套餐，含雙人鎂溫泉一份，入住的時候沒有主動提供或詢問，專業性尚需提高。
此行大湘西20餘天，發現除個別熱門景點外，大多數景點遊客都屈指可數，連帶着住宿、餐飲和商鋪都十分蕭條冷落，與2019年前有霄壤之別，這種感覺也在很多旅遊從業人員口中得到了證實。
