A tour group left at 6 a.m., and I was woken by the constant noise. 3. There's a cultural festival or something a few dozen meters away, with electronic music and fireworks throughout the evening, ending at 12 p.m. If you're looking for an early start, forget it; the speakers will make your bed shake. Of course, this isn't the owner's decision, so I can't blame him.
