"Facilities: Well-equipped, comfortable, and easy to use. Hygiene: Clean and tidy, with prompt customer service responses. Environment: Great location, right next to Wanda Plaza for a stroll, and authentic Mongolian restaurants just a few minutes away. Service: The service was absolutely fantastic! 👏 Because we felt so comfortable, we extended our stay for another night. One evening, after returning from a scenic spot, the restaurant manager specifically waited for us, knowing we'd be back for dinner. We ended up eating until closing time, and the service remained consistently excellent from start to finish. The Western restaurant also has a play area for kids, which was great for my younger brother during meals. There was also a short-haired, round-faced front desk staff member who spoke very gently and patiently explained everything from beginning to end, even though I had many questions. This shows that their excellent service isn't just an individual thing, but reflects a high-quality brand with thorough internal training! Definitely worth choosing!"

Overall, a high-class hotel. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the internet is fast. It's very close to the school, with plenty of places to eat late at night. A great choice for business trips!"

"The hotel front desk staff completely ignored guests, displaying a dismissive attitude. During check-in, I specified I wanted a quiet room, only to be told they were fully booked. The area downstairs was extremely noisy, with a barbecue restaurant making noise until 2 or 4 AM, making it impossible to rest. I called the front desk twice to ask them to address the issue, and they told me they could change my room. But wasn't the hotel saying they were fully booked when I checked in? How come there's a quiet room available now? I didn't want my trip to be ruined, so I endured it. The hotel clearly knew about the situation downstairs but failed to inform me beforehand and didn't actively address the problem. The service was extremely poor. Even at check-out, the front desk staff completely ignored me, showing absolutely no service awareness."

"I've stayed at Xintaihe several times and am generally very satisfied. The room had a slight smell of smoke, but it was relatively quiet, and the facilities were complete. The two types of pillows were a thoughtful touch. The first time I stayed there, I just randomly chose a room, but I was very happy with my stay. I'll definitely choose Xintaihe again every time."

"This is my second time visiting Chifeng, and I chose this hotel again. I was just as satisfied as last time, and it felt more familiar. It's on the same floor as last time, but separated by one room. However, the glass in the room still has cracks. The showerhead in the bathroom has too much limescale, making the water flow very slow. Currently, the parking lot on the southeast side is under construction and repairs, so you can only enter and exit from the north gate. There are also far fewer parking spaces than last time."

"I specifically searched for a home theater room and booked this projection room. After watching for about ten minutes, it automatically shut down. Half an hour later, I turned it back on and watched for less than ten minutes before it shut down again automatically. Why didn't they check the facilities properly before opening this projection room? I called the front desk and they said they could change me to a room with a TV, but that doesn't solve the problem!"

"There were too many problems, so I'm definitely going back to Chifeng and looking for a different place. The bathroom didn't have a door, the room had a strong formaldehyde smell from the renovation, and what's even more frustrating is the limited breakfast selection—it was empty by 9 am, and they didn't refill it! The elevator in the basement had a very high threshold; you had to carry suitcases and strollers!"

The pillows are latex and buckwheat, very comfortable. The hotel also has a laundry room and a gym, and I must come back to experience it next time."

Even with the heating turned off, the room stays above 27℃ without opening a window, making it difficult to sleep."
