The room is spacious and bright, with complete facilities and clean and hygienic. The front desk service attitude is very good. When checking in, the front desk girl Xiao Liang was very good, warm and polite, proficient in business, and upgraded the room for free. The store manager took the initiative to help with the luggage when he saw us coming in. He enthusiastically took me a tourist map of Ulanbutong and introduced each attraction and route in detail. When checking out, because we left in a hurry, we handed in the room card and went out. The front desk girl Xiaobai chased us to the parking lot to give us souvenirs and greeted us enthusiastically. The room attendants are also very polite. They greeted us when they met, making people feel at home. The hotel breakfast is rich in variety and tastes good. All food is insulated. The restaurant manager keeps checking the food hygiene, which makes people feel very relieved. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends!

GGuest UserPerfect location close to the highspeed train station, this hotel is quite new and has very comfortable rooms with beautiful interior style - bright, earthy materials, lots of light colored wood and nice fabric. The staff were incredibly friendly. There are a few restaurants in the street nearby. The breakfast buffet offered was also nice and diverse, including a traditional Mongolian milk soup.

First of all, the location is at the entrance of Ulan Butong Scenic Area. It is very convenient to go anywhere. There is a small town three or four kilometers away, where you can eat or makeup in the town. Of course, the hotel also has a restaurant. The breakfast is super delicious. Secondly, the service of this hotel is also good. Every time you enter and exit, there will be a waiter sliding door. Some needs can be met in time. The service attitude of the front desk lady is also very good.～ The hotel facilities are very new and the whole house is smart! Finally, it is my favorite! The hotel is really super filming! There is a cafe in front of the door, there is a large grassland behind the hotel, there is a swing and a set, I feel that I can take a day in the hotel! There will be a bonfire show at 8:30 in the evening, and there will be a music concert in the afternoon. A group of people singing and dancing in the evening is the most unforgettable memory of this journey. I will choose this hotel next time I travel to Inner Mongolia!

Hygiene: I have some suggestions for hygiene. A few flies came into the room for no reason. Although it is not a big problem, it slightly affects the experience.
Environment: The environment is good. Parking is available in the courtyard. There is a food street within a two-minute walk. Specialties and ordinary supplies can be bought in the supermarket in the courtyard. The price is normal. The only drawback is that the roads in and out of the hotel area are seriously congested.
Service: The service is very good. The service staff greets them actively and warmly when they meet, and cleans the room every day.
Breakfast: Not very satisfactory. The expensive room does not include a 20-yuan breakfast (yes, it was mentioned when booking, I mean that at this price, even this level of breakfast is not included, the experience is not good); I remember that the breakfast time in Ctrip is stated to be until 9 am, but it is actually 8:30 (yes, I tried to find evidence in Ctrip, but I can't find it now, forget it, just treat it as 8:30 in advance). There are also few types of breakfast, which is the level of ordinary convenient hotels. I don't quite understand how the hotel positions itself.

Cleanliness was impeccable; the desks, corners, and bathroom fixtures were spotless, and the bedding was fluffy and odor-free. The facilities were complete, the hot water was reliable, the air conditioning was powerful, and the soundproofing was excellent – you couldn't hear any noise from the hallway. The front desk staff were attentive, proactively helping with luggage and patiently answering any questions. The housekeeping staff cleaned meticulously every day. Overall, the value for money far exceeds that of hotels in the same price range. I've already recommended it to friends and will definitely stay here again next time!
