The decor is very stylish, and the cloud-shaped lights add a great design touch. The lobby is flooded with natural light, and outside the window, there's lush greenery and an expansive view. The interior is clean and tidy, making for a very cozy and relaxing stay. Highly recommended.

The location was excellent, and the staff were always kind and helpful throughout my stay. However, there were two issues that affected my experience. First, I had requested a room close to the elevator because I was traveling with several heavy bags and a musical instrument. Unfortunately, my room was quite far from the elevator. Most of the hallway was covered with thick carpet, which made it very difficult to roll my suitcase and carry my instrument. Second, although I specifically requested a non-smoking room, the room had a very strong smell of cigarette smoke. The odor seemed to have soaked into the room and was quite unpleasant during my stay. Overall, the hotel has a great location and friendly staff, but I hope these issues can be improved for future guests.

We brought our family to Changsha for a trip, and this hotel was absolutely fantastic! We were extremely satisfied with our stay. Since we drove, we arrived quite late, and the hotel called in advance to let us know the parking address and offered free parking. They also thoughtfully provided children's toiletries and slippers, which was incredibly considerate. The hotel lobby was very spacious, and the rooms were large enough for our family of three without feeling cramped. The high floors offered excellent views and were very quiet, allowing us to relax peacefully after a long day of activities. We were very satisfied and will definitely stay here again next time we visit Changsha!

The ladies at the front desk greeted me warmly as soon as I entered the hotel. The whole check-in process was very pleasant! He also helped us with our luggage and led us to the room, and introduced the hotel's services and equipment in detail, such as the 24-hour free gym, laundry room, dryer, ironing machine, and which floor the breakfast was on. It was a very satisfying stay experience, personally. Highly recommended!

The hotel is easy to find, the room is clean, and the bedding is comfortable. The air conditioning is a bit slow to heat, and the sound insulation is not good. I heard the noise from the next room around 11 o'clock this morning. Fortunately, the child was wearing headphones and watching the phone, otherwise it would be really embarrassing. At first I didn't want to book Four Seasons Hotel, but my friend strongly recommended it to me. I went there and it lived up to my expectations. The room was upgraded for us. The hygiene and environment are excellent. It is Chinese style and very stylish. Breakfast is included. There are noodles, rice noodles, stir-fried dishes, and many varieties. The service is worth mentioning. Because I brought my baby, the baby's clothes needed to be washed. After I washed them, I hung them in the bathroom. When I was cleaning the next day, Zhang Qin also helped me dry the clothes. I am really grateful and very attentive. I look forward to staying here next time😋

If you can live in this location, it must be a meeting. It is very close to the International Conference Center. It takes 20 minutes to walk. If you take a taxi, it will take two or three minutes. The hotel is quite satisfactory. For business trips, it is enough. The Shaxian snacks next to the hotel can solve the basic needs of life. Breakfast and cooking are good. To eat better, either go to the city or find takeaway. If the hotel can provide a shuttle bus to the conference center twice a day, the occupancy rate may be higher.
