Breakfast is also excellent, with a wide variety of choices. The front desk staff are friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. This was a return visit for me, and I didn't hesitate to book this hotel again. There's also something that made us feel incredibly touched: our car door was unlocked in the parking lot. In the middle of the night, someone tried to break in. The security guard spotted them and they fled. The hotel manager was called from home at 2 or 3 in the morning. They called the police. After calling the police, they didn't wake us up. They said we were older and had been tired from a full day of sightseeing, and they didn't want to disturb our sleep. They only told us about the unlocked car door at 6 AM. We rushed down, and they told us that the security guard saw our car was unlocked. He was supposed to go off duty but stayed on watch until we came down. Their dedication deeply moved us. We want to thank the hotel manager and the security guard again.

Next door is Wangjie Food Street, which is very lively. It's about a 10-minute walk to the Chinese Character Museum, so I could spend the morning there, head back to the hotel for a rest, and then visit the Anyang Museum, Beidajie, and Cangxiangjie in the afternoon, which are a bit further out. The hotel lobby has cards introducing Anyang's attractions, and the scent of coffee fills the air, making it feel very welcoming.

I often stay at Baiyulan Hotel when I travel, and this one is also good. It's relatively stable and the price is reasonable (the room without a window is slightly larger than the one with a window, but it's almost right next to the elevator shaft. I was worried about noise, so I paid to upgrade to a room with a window after arriving). The location is not too far from Yinxu, and there are several schools nearby.
