Great
GGuest UserI stayed at this hotel for one night, and honestly, it turned out to be one of the best short stays I’ve had in a long time. From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations.
The host was absolutely amazing — extremely helpful, responsive, and professional throughout the entire stay. They answered all of my questions quickly, even after I had already checked in, which made the whole experience feel very smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find that level of attentiveness and genuine care.
The view was simply stunning. I loved the beautiful water view — waking up and seeing the water right outside was such a peaceful and memorable experience. It truly elevated the entire stay.
The unit itself was spotless and exceptionally clean. You can tell that a lot of care goes into maintaining the space. Everything felt fresh, organized, and very well taken care of.
The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, which made it so convenient to prepare our own dinner. Having a proper kitchen setup really makes a difference, especially for a comfortable and relaxed night in.
The location is another huge plus. The area is fantastic — so many restaurants and bars within walking distance, and even grocery stores nearby. Being able to walk everywhere made the stay even more enjoyable and convenient.
Overall, this place is a solid 10/10. I would absolutely stay here again without hesitation and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, well-located place to stay downtown. Truly a five-star experience!

Very Good
AAlanSpivackA great hotel in a prime location. The Radisson Blu is situated right on the harbor. It is surrounded by iconic locations, great restaurants and attractions. The CN tower and Roger Center are just a few minutes walk. You can walk along the harbor boardwalk or sit in a nice cafe and watch planes take off and land at the small island airport just across the water.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel's breakfast area offers hot beverages all day, a signature feature of the Wingate by Wyndham. It's a great spot to work in the evenings, much better than being cooped up in the room. The staff are enthusiastic, and room cleaning is very diligent. They also offer free luggage storage. The only downsides are the monotonous breakfast and the noisy, aging heater in the room.
GGuest UserThe hotel is quite spacious and boasts an excellent, central location. It's just a few minutes' walk from the metro station, and the surrounding area felt very safe and pleasant. It was incredibly clean – I mean, every corner of both the rooms and public areas was spotless. We booked a twin room, which was very large and even featured a comfortable sofa.
Downstairs, there's a cafe with extensive operating hours, which also serves breakfast. Breakfast is à la carte, offering a good variety of delicious options. I added a child's breakfast for less than $9, and juice and fruit are usually included. This was easily the best breakfast we had throughout our entire trip!
The service was fantastic; every staff member was cheerful and welcoming. A huge plus was the complimentary laundry room, and you could even get free laundry detergent from the front desk. This feature really stood out compared to the other hotels we stayed at.
Having stayed at several hotels during our Canada trip, I wholeheartedly recommend this property.
Kkimi_cheThe Shanghai auntie at the front desk was so kind and let us check in early. The service was incredibly attentive, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. The restaurant service was fantastic, especially the bacon and potato hash. The hotel is located right in the heart of Toronto, making it easy to walk to all the popular attractions. Plus, there's a big supermarket on either side of the hotel.
GGuest UserI had a very comfortable stay at Town Inn Suites Hotel, located at 620 Church Street.
The location is fantastic — right by Yonge-Bloor and steps from Church and Wellesley, the heart of Toronto’s vibrant Pride neighbourhood. It’s a lively area with plenty of restaurants, cafés, shops, and easy subway access, making it a great base for exploring the city.
The suites are very generously sized, which really stood out. They feel more like full apartments than typical hotel rooms and are fully equipped with everything you’d need for either a short or extended stay. They also recently renovated the apartments to make them a bit more modern and fresh. This makes it especially great for families who want space to spread out and feel comfortable rather than confined to a standard hotel room.
The staff were consistently friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better.
A couple of small notes: the driveway is a bit narrow, so it can be tricky navigating in and out, particularly if cars are stalled or waiting at the entrance. Also, while each unit appears to have a balcony, there is no access to them — likely for safety reasons. There is a gym in the building, but I was told it is reserved for residents only and not available to hotel guests.
Overall, a great option if you’re looking for a spacious, well-located stay in downtown Toronto with a welcoming atmosphere.
环环球旅行的小杨I had a fantastic experience staying at Samesun Toronto. The location is incredibly convenient—just a short walk to public transit, Chinatown, and plenty of restaurants. It’s easy to get anywhere in the city.
Rooms & Beds
The dorm rooms are clean and comfortable. Each bed has its own curtain, light, and outlet, which provides great privacy. The mattress was comfortable, and the room temperature was perfect throughout my stay.
Cleanliness & Facilities
The common areas are cleaned daily, and the bathrooms are well-maintained with reliable hot water. The shared kitchen is fully equipped, making it easy to cook your own meals—perfect for long-term travelers or those on a budget.
Atmosphere & Social Life
The hostel has a very friendly and welcoming vibe. Guests come from all around the world, and the social atmosphere makes it easy to meet new friends. The common lounge is spacious and a great place to relax, work, or chat with other travelers.
Staff
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Check-in was quick, and they gave me great local tips about transportation, sightseeing, and food options around Toronto.

Very Good
GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is good. Walking all day, everything is available. But the area itself, though in the center, but washing/cleaning and cleaning the yards of the area is just necessary.
The rouble for the el/energy was turned off in the room 3 times in a row. It was nice to offer to change the room..
I haven't eaten or drank in the hotel. Therefore, there's no food review. A bottle of water in the room.
All the numbers that are in the basement - there is a very smell of moisture and mould.
From the boxes of the basement, the land of the inner court is visible.
SSmithKarenI chose it for the free airport shuttle which runs every 30 mins. The hotel service was very good and I was texted twice during my 2 night stay to ask if all was well. Parking is not free as is the case with all the chain hotels near Pearson airport. The room was spotless and had everything needed. There is construction at the moment so only one entry door in use which was miles away from the room and was not marked with signage outside. When I noted that in my text response, it was immediately dealt with. I was made a member of their customer rewards program without asking and I would stay there again.
GGuest UserWe booked this hotel based on location close to Toronto International Airport and that there was a shuttle service available. Our flight arrived at 12.30am and no sign of the shuttle. On ringing the hotel we were advised that the shuttle finished at 11.30pm. No where on the website mentioned the hours of operation. An expensive taxi ride later was met at reception by a very unhelpful and surly staff member. A $100.00 bond was put against our credit card in-case of damage to the room. I note that this now been charged to our credit card account, despite leaving the room exactly as we found it. Breakfast, the hot food was cold, coffee was undrinkable and the paper plates and plastic cutlery made eating breakfast difficult.
Our overall experience was poor and will not use this Comfort Inn ever again.
