We are renting for professional working people, students and travelers. The house is clean, spacious and in good neighbour. Private bedroom with key lock. Our house is very convenient, just between 2 to 5 minutes walking distance to everything you need: Lawrence West Subway Station, Lawrence Square Mall, Fortinos Supermarket, Cineplex, bus stops, Yorkdale Mall, Yorkdale Subway Station, next to CIBC Bank head office, all other Banks, Bathurst Plaza, Parks & Schools, minutes to Downtown Core, Highway 401 and Allen Expressway. The location is 1 minute away from lobslaws and the metro station. The owner of the house is very responsive and detailed with the check in and check out. The only critique is the shared bathroom arrangement, which hygiene is pretty poor and the room is a bit dusty as well.
