Spa Hotels in Toronto

The location of the hotel is very good, not far from the St. Lawrence market, we often go there to buy food, the subway station and the train station are nearby. The hotel lobby is luxuriously decorated and very local. The staff was very kind. I saw me with my child and asked me if I needed two beds. I found that there was no room with two beds. I upgraded a suite. Although it was on the second floor, it was already very good. I also recommended me to see the annual Caribbean Carnival cruise. The room was very clean and the carpet was a bit smelly. The cleaning staff was very careful. She saw that the mineral water was not enough and would give a lot of sticks. Then she saw that there was no toothpaste and supplemented it. It was not provided with toothpaste and toothbrushes. The service staff in the restaurant was also very kind. Xu exempted the child's breakfast fee and sent me bread and coffee. I said that I could drink water. He still wanted to send me. This hotel is really generous. The hotel has a history of more than 100 years, and there are still some photos of the hotel for more than 190 years. If you need to improve, it is safer to change the elevator to need to swipe the card to enter, and then the air conditioning in the room is improved, and the sound is a bit loud now.

Requested the newly renovated room instead of non renovated. The hotel staff was very kind and friendly to let us check in at 1.30pm as our rooms was ready. Eventhough we didnt get the connecting room as we requested but we were happy enough to let us an early check in.

Very comfortable and housekeeping is very good. The down stair LANO restaurant is the best place to have a cup of coffee, there are all kind and nice waitresses and waiters. The TOCA restaurant offers the best breakfast options in everyday. It’s a great 8days staying memory.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the CN Tower and close to Union Station. The breakfast was pretty good, and the highlight was being able to see the entire baseball stadium, which was a very unique experience! The room was comfortable, and the cleanliness was well-maintained. The doorman was very welcoming, making us feel right at home.

The restaurant was delicious, and the hospitality was excellent. The guest rooms were also stylish and lovely.

Got so lucky to have this room which was perfect to spend time to catch up with my friends! Suite room was amazing and the cleaner was the most professional one we have ever met! The location is just right in front of the Harbour and likely 5 mins from Union station! We definitely stay again

Convenient hotel location. The staff was helpful and upgraded us to a more comfortable room. Housekeeping and room cleanliness were excellent. Disliked: Breakfast was served in the hotel lobby, and the selection was very limited. Also, a $250 deposit was requested at check-in, and after 3 days, the money still hasn't been refunded to my card. This is the first time we've encountered this situation, and it's putting a bit of a damper on our vacation.

The service, amenities, and dining all meet a certain standard. It only takes about 25 minutes to drive from the airport to the hotel, yet the hotel is located in the city center. I stayed in room 408 and initially thought it might be noisy being on a lower floor, but it turned out to be quite good. A special shout-out goes to Ms. Monira from housekeeping; whenever I returned, she had already quietly tidied and cleaned the room perfectly. What's even more impressive is that she would arrange my belongings according to my habits, which is incredibly thoughtful and personalized. She is a very responsible and meticulous employee. I will definitely choose Holiday Inn Toronto Downtown Centre by IHG again next time I visit my daughter in Toronto.

We had a fabulous stay at this hotel. It had everything we needed and It was great to use the swimming pool at our convenience. We had the perfect view of the CN Tower from our window. The staff were all super friendly and the location was great. Our room was kept immaculately clean each day. I would not hesitate in booking to stay here again when we visit Toronto.

The location of the facility was very good. It was too hard to get the key to check in and park, and the explanation was not sufficient. It was not easy to return the key when checking out.
