There is only one elevator in the whole building, and the swimming pool on the first floor is not large. It is recommended to go directly to the beach opposite. There is a washing machine on the top floor, and you can also ask the counter to help deliver laundry (20-30k per kilogram). The top floor room includes a guest restaurant, good facilities, and a large location, but there are too many rooms, like a maze😅

It's my first time in Da Nang & I booked this hotel for the value & ocean view for 10 days through Airbnb. I really loved the cleanliness & spaciousness of the room. The bed was big & very comfortable. You get a small table with two chairs, as well as a rocking chaise. You also get complimentary water, coffee, & tea. There's also a mini fridge & kettle. The bathroom was lovely, but I felt practicality got overlooked just to have it look good. It took me a bit to figure out the shower/tub knobs. (The top is for the water to go to the shower head or for the bath. The bottom is the temperature.) But to be honest, the tub is useless because there's not enough water pressure to fill it up.. .I tried. Unfortunately, I don't feel very rested with my stay here. Although the a/c got nice & cold, my air vent has had a whirring noise coming from it the whole time. One night a vibration kept going off & on in one of the rooms above or below me. What really upsets me the most is I got sick during my stay. And with the Coronavirus going around, I wanted to keep myself well rested & also not get others sick. However, housekeeping & the front desk became obtrusive, to the point of it feeling like harassment - when my door is obviously locked from the inside, then I yell, ”I'm okay!” to then having front desk call me. You all need to get DO NOT DISTURB signs!!! Then the next day they do this to me AGAIN. I go to the door & housekeeping is just sitting there. I'm up, so I just let them in. Mind you, I AM SICK. And one of the housekeepers starts scolding me for a new face sunscreen I wear that got on the pillowcase. Excuse me? I was already scolded by the front desk about this, which it turns out it was able to be washed out. I literally had FOUR people in my room for this. ***?!?! LET. ME. SLEEP!!! The staff here need to be educated on their boundaries with those choosing to stay here. Gossip & laugh at your customers? Really? Have some professionalism!!! Next time, see if whatever has gotten on the casing, sheet, or towel doesn't wash out. Otherwise you're just causing unneeded stress for BOTH parties. And if it doesn't, then we talk about the matter then. I didn't need to come to a hotel to feel like I had my parents to bother & chastise me. I came to relax, & that was the farthest I felt with my stay here. Which is unfortunate, because I adored my room, even with all the noises. I had to reach out & message my Airbnb Host to let him know what was happening. And, thankfully, they left me alone after that. So if you like sleeping in, this is not your place! Another thing that wasn't pleasant was my floor always smelled like cigarette smoke when I went to the hallway. When I would use my bathroom, I could smell that smoke coming into my room. So I had to use a towel, below my door, to block the smell from coming into my room. I smoke a cigarette here & there, but NEVER in my room. So if you're wary of second-hand & third

Staying for four days is not bad enough (you choose to pick up and drop off when you go out to play, so the location is not important), the surrounding area is basically there, the rooms are clean (occasionally small bugs), and the service is enthusiastic.

Location near the river But you have to go into the alley. It's a bit chaotic in the late morning. because there was a group of tourists waving flags Will use this alley to walk to see the pink church. Inside the room is considered good. The television has Hollywood movie channels. To watch many channels But my criticism is that the water flow is light and not satisfying when washing your hair. But overall it is considered good. The female staff in the morning speak excellent English. Overall, 8 out of 10.

They did not clean the room for 3 continuous nights even if we requested. The reception never be there cos they have to move among 2 other hotels. When you need them have we ride a bike to your property ~ 10min. We come from gas station and waited at the gate for 15mins for him to come over and open the door. They did not know where the towels are when i come to ask for some and there is no housekeeping for 3 nights (my family made a mistake extended 2 nights). The trash bin is full my mother have to empty it herself. In short, there is no-one there, it is all self-service! The manager whose name is Ngan Katy never apologised which means this is their standard. I did not even see her cos she never showed up just texting and i cant even call her. She said will meet the when check out to settle down but she did not showed up even i called her number many times. All she did is telling us they are not wrong and we must made a mistake. The first one I met there ms. Duy told lie that she did informed 2 days per clean up which they could not even did. Not to mention the policy said daily housekeeping on booking.com there were no compensation no face to face apologise and no towels. Bonus: there is a bar booming above your head at 3am!

We was upset when move in , room was very dirty and smells bed . But nice receptionist offer as to other building in 300 m , and new one was perfect . New clear apartment with kitchen and washing machine

Good location and friendly staff. Close to beach. Kettle in room air conditioning and fan, television and mini market next door. Very good

I have stayed at 5th fl. I got a city view, which looked interesting and friendly neighborhood. The window is wide and opens widely, so good for ventilation. Along down the road there are Win mart and two bakeries, one of two makes Tiramisu, Mousse and Almond Tuile. Phuoc My tradional market is on foot within 5 min. It looks they are opened but during the morning times. Soluton's kitchen countertop is high enough for tall people. LG laudry machine is new and nice. Also hanger is wide enough with arcodion folding. The Laundry dries in several hours under hot weather. Only the sewage smell is a fly in the ointment. You could handle it smartly amd generously : I opened the shower room window, and covered the sewage with a sleeper. Aroma candle helped it diminished and forgotten. I liked the Phuoc My market. Local market and good price. But one seller didn't like my taking photos, yelled at me. She was the first and furist vietnamese I have ever seen in Danang.

I stayed in a beds dorm. The beds have a curtain for a fit of have socket to recharge the phone and light. A shelf to put things could be useful.. Location is very flne, in a quiet , close to good cafes. 10 minutes walk to the beach, . Oh very convenient, it is so close to the airport. And you will be able to hear all the planes. Staffs very friendly and helpful. With excellent English. You can rent a scooter/motorbike. They can help you to organise tours. And wonderful rooftop to relax or look at sunrises and sunsets !!!
