The service here is excellent. A dedicated staff member is assigned to you and handles everything via KakaoTalk. The room condition isn't significantly different from other resorts in Da Nang. Ants... *sigh*... but honestly, that seems to be a common issue in all Da Nang resorts. The service and friendliness of the internal staff, however, are superior to other places. And the breakfast delivered to your room is absolutely delicious!

The proprietress was very enthusiastic and helped us book a car to the airport. The car drove very well and steadily, and it was cheaper than grab! Breakfast included, optional, the location is also good, quiet in the noisy, the room is clean and big. Our room has a small balcony, and it is very comfortable to sit on the balcony at night...I am generally satisfied.

Excellent location. The hotel was always quiet; you couldn't hear the guests. However, as of April 29, 2026, construction was underway on both sides of the hotel. On one of the days of my stay, work began at 4 a.m. The bathroom is large, with a large shower stall. We had to move some furniture, and we found a lot of dust and dead cockroaches under it. Cleaning wasn't very good. The bed linens and towels were very tired. On the balcony, there was a dried-up potted plant that had been used as an ashtray other guests and was only cleaned upon request.

The atmosphere of the rooms and lobby was wonderful, and the price was reasonable, making it a very satisfying hotel. The breakfast was also delicious, which made my stay even more enjoyable. On the other hand, I was a little concerned about the slightly high humidity in the room, making it somewhat difficult to adjust the room temperature. Nevertheless, overall it's a very good hotel, and I would definitely recommend it to travelers.

Staff were warm, welcoming and friendly and allowed us to check in a little early. The washing machine and kitchen was really helpful but unfortunately the apartment was old and dated. Bed was ok but the pillows were poor the area around the hotel is rundown with lots of construction outside and plenty of rats running about the street. Very noisy room but wonderful staff

I was put in a room other than the one I had booked. I had chosen a spacious room with a window. I was put in a small room without a window. The air conditioner could not be turned off. I asked the manager how to turn off the air conditioner, and he suggested that I simply PULL OUT THE KEY, which would turn off the light and all electricity in the room. I had to stay in that room because I had been on the road, I had to work, and I had no time to look for other accommodation. The room was dirty, there was black hair on the floor.

Literally 5 minutes from the airport at a great price. No frills but you do get a decent room. AC was a bit on the weak side but also had a fan too. Great place to crash for an early flight the next day or place to rest instead of waiting in the terminal for a late night flight as well. A grab six seater with toll ran us about 45,000 Dong.
