Amazing
NNHussinWe booked 3 rooms for the 8 of us (adults, kids under 10 and an elderly). The location of the hotel was strategic, at the entrance of the Gerome city, with the eateries/shop just a walk away. The rooms were clean, everything in place, heater is working and top notch in everything. The buffet breakfast were also delicious, varieties of local food (you have to order eggs from them to be cooked) and a selection of juices and hot drinks. Even more, it has balcony that you can use to see the hot balloon in the morning or rest at night. The booking is easier with trip.com and we settled our check in and out in less than 10mins. This hotel goes a bit more in making sure their guests are comfortable and that is commendable.
GGuest UserExtremely rude front desk in the morning time. Dont know his name but he was literally fighting with us and blaming for not finding our shuttle at airport even though i looked twice. Declined giving us water.
Other staff were helpful.
LLuckyair520I'm not a shill, just a real experience from someone who isn't a rich traveler. Everyone's experience is different, so take this as a reference:
Pros:
1. Located in the center of Göreme town, not far from the bus station and dining options.
2. Breakfast was quite substantial, and the service auntie was very enthusiastic.
3. Bedding was very clean.
4. WiFi was fast.
Areas for improvement:
1. Avoid rooms facing the road; they are incredibly noisy. Keeping the windows closed makes it stuffy, and opening them is too loud, especially in the afternoon when the sun makes the room very hot. You can't open the windows because of the unbearable noise.
2. The hotel's customer service was slow to reply to emails. We sent two emails before our arrival, one asking if we could check in early, and received no response! We then sent another email asking if we could store our luggage at the front desk before going on a day tour, and still got no reply. In the end, we had to carry our luggage on the day tour.
3. The side views from the rooftop terrace are blocked, making it very inconvenient to watch the hot air balloons. I suggest removing the side panels.
LLucía LCMy boyfriend and I arrived at the hotel a little after 1 AM. It was raining heavily that night. The hotel is about a ten-minute walk from the center of Göreme. The hotel itself was very warm, and the room facilities were great. On our last day, our flight was canceled. I especially want to commend the front desk staff, Talha. He was incredibly helpful. Since our phone numbers were from the EU and couldn't make calls, we approached Talha, and he spent over 20 minutes patiently calling for us. He is highly educated and went above and beyond to help us solve our problem. Later, we asked him to call customer service to rebook our flight because our English isn't very fluent, and he patiently communicated with them on our behalf. Honestly, Talha is the nicest person I've met in Turkey.
GGuest UserThe hosts for the accommodation are friendly and hospitable throughout the stay, they've arranged a day tour and balloon tour at a short notice due to inclement weather. In addition, I like that they replied to WhatsApp messages very promptly to ensure my concerns were being addressed.
Do take note it's a guest house so don't expect hotel-like amenities such as daily breakfast and daily housekeeping, but the staff will do their best to ensure your stay is comfortable. Not all of them speak English fluently therefore might have some language barrier although Google translate helps somewhat :p
I would like to stay with them again if I go back to cappadocia for vacation as they're arguably one of the best accommodations I've stayed at throughout my travels.
SShinzo HarleyMy brother and I spent a full week in Cappadocia this winter. If you’re looking for an epic, otherworldly landscape without the summer crowds, this is it. However, 7 days in the cold is a long time, so you have to be prepared.
The Pros (The Highlights):
• Stunning Scenery: Seeing the ”fairy chimneys” and valleys covered in snow is genuinely a core memory. It looks like a movie set.
• Zero Crowds: We had the Underground Cities (Derinkuyu) and the Göreme Open Air Museum almost to ourselves. No lines, no photobombing.
• Cozy Cave Vibes: Staying in a cave hotel is a must. Coming back to a heated stone room and hot Turkish tea after a day of exploring was the best part of the day.
• Budget Friendly: Since it’s the off-season, we got a great deal on a high-end hotel that would have been double the price in June.
OOlgamat017Sevin Stone beautiful hotel in Gérem! Very successful location: is right in the city center, a lot of cafes, shops and Migros, all literally in a walk-in.
I would like to note the hosts incredibly spiritual, responsive and very communicable people. They are sincerely trying to help the guests and have done for us even more than we could expect: helped solve the complex issue with lost baggage at the airport, for which we are very grateful to them.
You feel like a guest here, not just a guest. We are happy to come back here again and we are happy to recommend this hotel to anyone who plans to travel to Cappadocia!
BBadbadgalI love this place if you not go with high expectation,
I meant it cozy it tiny room, the room Is suit the price perfectly . ( I wish heater work hotter ) but as budget hotel it all fine for me ) , the location is the best . The housekeeping and her kid is adorable the mom in kitchen also kind. Rooftop in mornings magical
The owner is so kind and lovely ( he is classic handsome too 🤭. )
I’ll come back to stay again. 💌
@@nurhadi_fauziLooking for a place to stay in Göreme that won't break the bank? I’ve got you! 🏨🙌
This hotel is super affordable and comfy, but the real winner for a traveler like me? The breakfast. 🍳☕️ There’s nothing like fueling up with a good meal before a long day of exploring.
The Location:
It’s perfectly situated in the heart of the Göreme District in Nevşehir. If you’re new to the area, Göreme is basically the ”hub” of Cappadocia—it’s famous for its iconic ”fairy chimney” rock formations and is the prime spot to watch the hot air balloons fill the sky every morning. 🏔️🎈
Even though it’s central, the hotel is tucked away in a quiet spot. It’s so peaceful, which is exactly what you need to recharge after a full day of trekking through the valleys. 💤🌙
Final Verdict:
You get exactly what you pay for (and maybe a little more!). Definitely worth it for the price. 10/10 would stay again! 💯👍

GGuest UserA really lovely friendly hotel to stay. I had to ask to change rooms because of no internet in the cave room which I needed for work. This was no fuss, no trouble. And the owner even walked me to the bus stop carrying my bag rather than call a taxi on the day I left. My room was really comfortable and spacious and still in keeping with a cave hotel.A great hot shower. Breakfasts on the terrace were were delicious.....plenty of choice. This hotel is in the centre of Goreme town so location is superb for walking everwhere and also for tour pick ups.I would stay here again. Thanks Andrea.
