We had an excellent 2-night, 3-day stay! We messaged the hotel in advance, and they arranged a shuttle for us (€20/person) for both arrival and departure. The staff were absolute sweethearts, helping with everything. We communicated either through a translator app or with a woman who spoke English. The breakfast was a delicious and hearty buffet. All the hot air balloon launch sites are nearby. There are also plenty of shops, cafes, and a currency exchange. The pool was cool and clean, and after 11 am, it was perfect in the sun! I'll recommend this place to everyone and I'd love to come back myself!

In general it’s good location, and very close to everything in town. The room is a kind of old school, which is fine. The hotel also provide a good buffet with a lot of options. The mini bar here is superb expensive, and you shall purchase from the neanhy supermarket rater than here

We stayed here for our honeymoon and informed the hotel beforehand that we were newlyweds. To our delight, they prepared a beautifully decorated romantic room and welcomed us with a delicious plate of fresh fruits. We were truly touched by this thoughtful gesture and felt the warmth of genuine Turkish hospitality. The hotel serves a classic Turkish breakfast, which was both delicious and satisfying. Its location is excellent — very convenient for any tour pick-ups and only a 5-minute walk from the Sunset/Sunrise panorama viewpoint. There’s also a lovely terrace where you can enjoy stunning views of Göreme. The only downside was that the room did not have air conditioning, and the provided fan was not strong enough to keep it cool, so it felt quite hot inside. We even had to sleep with the doors open. Other than that, we are very happy we chose this hotel and would gladly recommend it for its hospitality, location, and charm.

A beautiful hotel and a wonderful experience. Goreme is so beautiful and this hotel is located not too far from the central places where you can find lots of great restaurants and souvenir shops. The room is naturally cool and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed the whole atmosphere at the hotel and the outside seating areas are perfect for relaxing after a long day of touring. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

This is a truly wonderful hotel 🏨. While it's located a bit high up, making access to Göreme town center a bit challenging, the views are absolutely stunning, making it well worth the effort! The breakfast buffet offers a wide array of Turkish dishes, and you can also order menemen, omelets, and scrambled eggs. In the mornings, the terrace is open to guests to watch and photograph the hot air balloons. Besides the terrace in front of the reception, there's another spot where you can calmly enjoy the balloons and take photos. Coffee and tea are available at the reception area. The photo opportunities can get crowded, but if you find the queue isn't moving, the staff managing it are helpful in ensuring a smooth flow for taking pictures. The room was comfortable; I stayed in a family suite this time. It was well-equipped with amenities like a kettle, coffee maker, and refrigerator, allowing for a very relaxing stay. The bathtub in the room was also excellent! The only minor drawback is that due to the cave-like nature of the room, mobile phone signals were nonexistent, and the hotel's Wi-Fi was very weak, requiring me to leave the room to use the internet.

The room was excellent, far exceeding my expectations. The bedding and bath were very comfortable. The common areas are beautifully designed. Although breakfast is in a separate restaurant, the setting is lovely, and the food is delicious and plentiful. The service was the best I've experienced in any hotel in Turkey. Ahmet at the front desk, who is also very handsome, was incredibly warm, polite, and professional. He provided detailed information and was very engaging. Plus, there are cute dogs! The only downside is that the first floor can be a bit noisy in the mornings, but it's not bothersome enough to detract from the overall experience. Highly recommended!

I booked the hotel because of the reviews and i did not regret it at all! One thing i like the most is the fragrance of the hotel; the lobby smells so good and so did our room! They helped us with the luggages and served tea when we arrived-- the check in experience was fantastic! Breakfast was tremendously luxurious and delicious. Tons of options and i didnt even know where to start. I did not capture the breakfast buffest since i was too busy eating. Their dessert is good too! Some turkish lokum,cakes and cookies. Wait, did i tell you that i love their salad as well? Oh yes, definitely need to mention that. Baha make sure we had a great time and even helped to deliver fries to our table before the breakfast time finished The whole team at the dining service were tip top-- they serve us with smile. All in all, the hotel's ambience, cleanliness and nice fragrance made us so comfortable that we didnt want to leave the hotel 🤣🤣 Thank you Grand Suite Hotel! This place is amazing, customer service was perfect. Staying in a cave is a must if you are coming to Cappadocia and the Kelekek Cave Hotel is in a perfect location close to the centre of town where there are so many wonderful places to eat and view the ballons and city views. The hotel has a great pool area, amazing restaurant that is reasonably priced and plenty of areas to sit and relax. One of my favourite places to visit.

The place was clean, warm in a great location. Since I got a bad weather and stayed in the room I can say that the only thing that bugs me is the tv has only turkish channels. This is a factor to be improved due to turkish language has no similarities with English and being hard to understand. I guess because I choose the most cavely room the internet signal was weak and it was difficult to connect. Other than that I want to express my gratitude with the staff that was great.

I recently stayed at Ozbek Stone House Hotel in Cappadocia, and it was truly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The atmosphere was warm and authentic, perfectly matching the charm of Cappadocia. I also booked several tours directly through the reception, and to our surprise, the prices were actually cheaper than what we found online. Everything was well-organized and hassle-free. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the region. Comfortable stay, great service, and unbeatable value!
