wt.cWe absolutely enjoyed our stay with Sultan. The staff were amazing & helped us very much! A big shoutout to Darina, Yunus & all the rest who has helped us so attentively & replied to our messages whenever they can! One thing I would change about my trip is to make all my bookings with them! They actually have a list of vendors they worked with & in house tours which we can signed up for. We went for the Breakfast Tour & the Hammam at their sister’s hotel, both of it we absolutely loved. We would also like to commend Shams’ hospitality in guiding us on the Breakfast Tour, making our stay in Cappadocia such an enjoyable & restorative one ❤️

Guest UserA truly beautiful hotel, I loved the overall vibe. After staying one night in a cave hotel, it was nice to experience a different style. The room was clean, tidy, and odor-free, though the toilet and bathroom were a bit small. The showerhead in the bathroom was like a telephone receiver, which was fun to pick up and place back on the holder. There's a ramen shop right opposite the hotel, and it's quite easy to find. The hotel staff's uniforms are all custom-made and look great, and the staff themselves are all handsome men and beautiful women, haha, you'll see what I mean when you go there.

The room was very satisfying, with underfloor heating that kept it warm no matter how cold it was outside. It was genuinely carved out of a cave, not a later construction.
The hotel itself is quite large, especially since it has its own restaurant. The food was very much to Chinese taste; it was the best chicken and beef rice I had in Turkey.
The only minor issue is that the hotel doesn't provide complimentary drinking water. I asked the staff for two bottles, and they charged me for them upon checkout. I'm okay with paying, but I'm not okay with them not mentioning it at the time and only bringing it up during checkout. Plus, I think providing daily drinking water for guests is something a hotel should do. I'd still rate it a 9.5; overall, I'm quite happy with my stay.

Goreme Treasure Cave Hotel | Aza gets rave reviews, great value for money!
This hotel is a sister property to Sultan Cave Suites, sharing facilities, but Aza offers significantly better value! The rooms are larger, have better views, and even come with their own pools. Crucially, it's much quieter than Sultan – Sultan's front-facing rooms can be noisy due to the restaurant and bar, whereas Aza is completely peaceful, ensuring a good night's sleep. If you value quiet, this is the place to be. (Sometimes you can hear hallway noise when people enter the room next door, but overall it's quiet. However, the stairs can be challenging for elderly guests).
The breakfast is incredibly generous, with the scrambled eggs and beef being a must-try. The food is plentiful and satisfying. If you want to see the hot air balloon sunrise, you can head directly to Sultan's observation deck for photos – you get the best of both worlds. The hotel's recommended excursions are a bit pricey; I suggest booking through a restaurant owner in town for much better deals.
The SPA experience was a wonderful surprise – professional techniques and just the right amount of pressure. It offers far better value than other places in town and is my top pick for relaxation.
What was most heartwarming was that my non-refundable booking dropped in price upon arrival, and Trip.com proactively refunded the difference. The hotel even upgraded me for free to a suite with a fireplace! A staff member kindly helped chop wood and start the fire. Listening to the sound of wood chopping in the courtyard and watching the warm glow of the fire in the room truly enhanced the cave accommodation experience – it was unforgettable.
The cave room was very comfortable, the pool view was absolutely stunning, and the overall experience was perfect. If you're coming to Goreme, you can't go wrong with this place!

Guest UserGood day! This is a very cozy and quiet hotel. It's not in the city center, but all the attractions are nearby. The breakfasts are decent, I highly recommend it. We chatted with the owner; his whole family works at the hotel, and they really go out of their way to help. They speak English, as very few people speak Russian in this area. Every morning, the view of the hot air balloons from the terrace is simply breathtaking, truly an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend this hotel. There's a mosque nearby, which actually helped us wake up in time to see the balloons ascend.

Judadeshiyanchang1. **Cleanliness**: Both the room and bathroom were spotlessly clean.
2. **Environment**: 1) The hotel's location is excellent; all the main areas of town are within a 5-10 minute walk. 2) The hotel has a small courtyard where you can relax in the sun on nice days. 3) Further up from the rooms, there's a pool, a simple observation deck, and more. The hotel's overall scale feels very comfortable.
3. **Service**: 1) The owner at the front desk was very friendly and humorous, and spoke fluent English, making communication easy. 2) The two complimentary bottles of water in the room felt a bit scarce, especially since the heating made the room dry and required frequent hydration. When we asked the owner for more, they readily provided them. It would be even better if more bottles were provided by default.
4. **Facilities**: 1) The room, especially the bathroom, was very spacious, and with two large windows, it had excellent natural light. 2) The 'Sehzade' room type comes with a bathtub, and the bathroom also features a stone platform for a Turkish bath, though I didn't try it. 3) The room also has a small balcony, which was perfect for sitting with friends, soaking up the sun, and chatting.
Overall, the experience was well worth the price, perhaps even exceeding expectations. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit if there aren't other particularly unique hotels I want to try.

Goreme Cave Rooms & Spa is located right in the center of Goreme, very close to the bus station and popular attractions. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, always ready to answer all our questions with a smile and in a gentle, courteous manner. The breakfast was delicious, and although the room was a little small, it was perfectly adequate for our needs.

Guest UserFor all you ladies looking to snap some amazing photos, this hotel is a no-brainer! We stayed here on our last day in Cappadocia, after two nights in a cave hotel, and the change was actually quite nice!
Before booking, I did see some reviews from fellow Chinese travelers, which made me a little hesitant. And indeed, there were a couple of minor issues during our stay. However, we believe that when traveling, it's best not to create problems for yourself or be too nitpicky, so overall, it was acceptable.
Let me elaborate: Firstly, at check-in, the front desk guy asked if we needed help with our luggage. Since I was with my husband and we could manage it ourselves, and also worried he might suddenly ask for a tip, we politely declined to avoid any unnecessary hassle. He then just took us to the room door and left, maintaining a friendly attitude throughout. Secondly, because we had an early flight the next morning, when the front desk lady was showing us the restaurant, I mentioned our early departure. She offered to prepare two packed breakfasts for us to pick up at the front desk, which I agreed to. I had seen previous comments from other women who said their promised packed breakfast never materialized, so I mentally prepared myself for that possibility. Sure enough, when we checked out at 7 AM the next morning, the lady wasn't there. It was a different guy. I checked out with him, and he said he needed to check the room. We waited at the front desk, and after he checked, he said everything was okay. He didn't offer us any packed breakfast, and I didn't ask about it either, still operating on the principle of 'less is more.' On one hand, I didn't want an argument, and on the other hand, we'd been in Turkey for many days and knew their breakfasts were mostly cold dishes, which we aren't used to, so I didn't feel it was a big deal. Aside from that, I found the front desk guy's demeanor to be perfectly fine; he was friendly the whole time. If you find the above situations acceptable, then this hotel is an excellent choice for you! I also saw many Chinese compatriots staying there, mostly pretty ladies here to check in and take photos. It truly does make for great pictures! Just snap away and you're good to go!
That's all! Hope this helps everyone!

The overall experience is good. We were worried that it would be cold in the cave. However, the temperature was comfortable, and you can control it. Also, there was really good wi-fi.
However, we had a few issues there:
1. The kettle is broken and should be changed
2. The hair dryer is old and bad quality.
3. When we checked in the owner said that tea is free and available any time, I think it.was misunderstood as on the last day host asked us to pay 400tl for the tea and coffee.
4. We booked a room with a fireplace but host said that it doesn't work. Later, we did clarify why it doesn't work and the problem was that the owner didn't have wood for it and it wasn't possible to buy it on our own anywhere (we did visit 4 different places).
