"The room was very nice. Parking wasn't a major problem, but finding a parking space was a bit difficult. There's no room service, and Wi-Fi is mandatory. Unfortunately, we experienced Wi-Fi problems for the last two days. Additionally, on the day of check-in, August 18th, 2026, we arrived between 5-6 AM. Despite calling and informing them that check-in time was 2 PM, due to a misunderstanding, we were sent to our room before 2 PM on the 18th and had to pay separately. Despite everything, we were satisfied. The person working at the front desk was very helpful. Thank you very much! 👋"

From the moment we arrived, Murat made us feel welcome, thoughtfully arranging for our room to be ready early after our long morning journey. Both Murat and Ismael were incredibly helpful in coordinating transfers and tours, making our time in Cappadocia easy and enjoyable. Umut was a star around the pool and bar area - always friendly, accommodating, and going out of his way to ensure guests felt relaxed and looked after. We had a lovely room with plenty of space and appreciated the fresh white towels provided daily, such a simple touch that made us feel pampered. The property itself is tucked away in a peaceful spot in beautiful Göreme, just minutes from the town centre and close to bars, restaurants, and shops. The rooftop offers stunning views, especially in the early mornings, when you can watch hot air balloons float right above you. One morning, the balloons came so close you could practically shake hands with the passengers, we even had a cheerful chat with a training pilot as he hovered overhead while we were enjoying breakfast. It was unforgettable With some improvements, this place has real potential to become a top-tier stay. The current team works incredibly hard with the resources available, but a few more staff dedicated to cleaning, maintenance, and gardening would elevate the experience. The bar and pool are standout features but would benefit from more regular upkeep, additional sunbeds, and better supplies so the staff can offer the great service they’re clearly capable of. Breakfast was fresh and offered a good variety, with both indoor and outdoor seating. Maybe adding some fruit and yogurt would make it even better. A little more attention to cleaning of outside sitting areas would make a big difference and make the whole experience so much more pleasant. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thanks to the heartfelt hospitality of the staff. With a bit more support and investment, this could easily be one of the best places to stay in the region."

Staff members kindly assisted with luggage, and the warm, welcoming atmosphere made it easy to relax and fully enjoy the stay. The restaurant offers a daily changing menu with consistently high-quality food. The rooftop bar is a separate venue, featuring three distinct terraces. One terrace is enclosed with a transparent cover, allowing guests to enjoy the space comfortably even during the winter months. Thanks to the hotel’s elevated position, the rooftop bar provides stunning nighttime views over Göreme, while Sunset Point is also within easy walking distance. When an issue arose with a pre-booked horseback riding activity, the hotel team promptly assisted in reorganizing our plans. "The hotel's location is excellent, right in the town of Göreme, convenient for dining and shopping. However, when we checked in, we were given a room on the -1 floor next door. It had a window, was close to the road, and was very noisy at night. The soundproofing was also terrible, and because it was on a low floor, there were mosquitoes. When we checked in, we asked the hotel if we could move to an upstairs room, but they said they were full and didn't have any mosquito repellent. The next day, we asked Ctrip to help arrange a room change, but they also said there were no rooms available, even though I saw many people checking in… In addition, the hotel's shampoo and shower gel seemed to be of very poor quality. When I checked, there was still hair in the shampoo, making me suspect they hadn't been replaced. 😮💨 Also, there is indeed a rooftop terrace, which should offer a view of the hot air balloons, but the Cappadocia balloons usually finish flying by 6:30 am, and breakfast starts at 8 am. So I think it's ridiculous. Are we supposed to get up early, go up to see the balloons, then come down to sleep, and then go back up for breakfast? It's so frustrating."

Because I didn’t go see doctor and didn’t have medical proofs, my request of cancelling is rejected. The common areas are also very appealing, and in the evenings, there's even a bonfire while you enjoy drinks – it creates a fantastic atmosphere! There are many cats around the hotel, all very friendly and well-behaved. I highly recommend the room type I stayed in; although not huge, it never felt damp, and the window view was stunning. This is a significant upgrade from the standard rooms, which only have small windows. Definitely worth it! The hotel breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the cats seemed very pleased too!"
