Great place to stay for the price. Nice beach right in front of the hotel and close to the pier, but far enough away to keep it quiet. Other reviews said there was no hot water, but my hot water worked perfectly. The hotel was a little difficult to get in touch with. We wanted someone to meet us at the pier to help get our luggage to the hotel (a service they offer), but couldn't contact them to schedule it. We tried email, whatsapp, calling, and even had Trip try to contact them for us with no luck. Luckily the hotel is only a 10-15 minute walk from the pier so it wasn't too bad.

It's a bit far from the ferry pier, making it a little hard to reach, especially if it's your first time visiting. The hotel is okay; it has a homey feel and provides a sense of privacy. However, it could improve in terms of amenities, as there were none provided. At the very least, it would be nice to have slippers available. In my room, the fridge wasn't working, which could be problematic during the summer. Thankfully, I brought my own amenities, so I managed to make do. The bar area is nearby, and you can hear the music, which might be an issue if you're sensitive to sound while trying to sleep. For me, it wasn't a big deal, but it might not be the best choice for everyone.

hotel was located very close to the pier which was really convenient. lots of food places around the hotel. the room was nice and clean. the bathroom was nice too. staff were amazing and let us check in a little bit earlier even though we didn’t request in advance

We stayed for 2 nights in this Hostel and did not gather enough information about the noise environment. Let me start with the Pros 💚: - enough bathrooms and shower rooms + hot water and even shampoo and shower gel - there is a space to dry your wet clothes - you have access to a small locker, but please bring your OWN lock - the rooms were very clean and the housekeeping staff came in daily. You even had the choice to place a card on your bed in case you wanted new sheets - towel was provided - staff is very friendly and helpful - you're close to the beach (you can basically jump out of your window and you'll be there) and close to very good restaurants and cafés, close to the port and viewpoints also Cons 💔: - there's a loud bar directly at the Hostel, from 10 to 11 p.m. there's an amazing but VERY loud fire show. After that, there's live music till around 1 a.m. sometimes even longer. Your earplugs won't be of any help. - not curtains seperating the beds. We stayed in a 6 person dorm and you basically had no private space 💗 It's a good hostel for solo traveling and If you're down for clubbing and definitely a way better choice than all of the Hostels in the backpacking area. If you're in for early tours or a relaxing vacation, do yourself a favor and choose one of the Bungalows or somewhere a little further away from the bustle of the island & nightlife

The stay was good. The only issue was the receptionist giving wrong answers to inquiries. She told only way to reach long island beach was a 1 hour walk while there were boat rides for that. When asked for island hopping, she redirected us to someone who bailed on us.

We stayed in a room with a balcony and a sea view on the second floor. The room is spacious, clean, well-lit, the bed is comfortable. The air conditioner is not above the bed, as is often the case, but in the hallway, which is great, but it is noisy. Cleaning every day, tea, coffee, water, change of towels. Good breakfast in the restaurant on the embankment with a beautiful view, the main course from the menu plus a buffet (vegetables, fruits, bread, juice, coffee). Excellent location of the hotel, not far from the pier and on the way to the best beaches of the island: Long and Viking. Quiet and calm at night, no music from the parties.

Friendly staff and clean room. The location is so so, around 15 min Walk to the centre, the biggest inconvenience I've experienced is that the music from the beach clubs can be heard quite strongly. If you want to relax it is a challenge.

Very dirty room, the curtains are all stained, the floors are not washed. There is no partition/curtain in the shower, so everything is flooded with water, and there are also no shelves in the bathroom (taking a shower was very inconvenient and disgusting) The bed linen has stains and holes (we hope that the stains just haven’t been washed out..) The mattress is uncomfortable. The location is good (but we didn’t find it right away, Google maps doesn’t build the route correctly) There is a slight climb up the steps. The view from the room is wonderful! Beach towels were issued upon request at the reception, water also had to be asked each time (the room was not replenished) Cleaning upon request (but in fact only bed linen is replaced) There is a kettle, but to boil it you need to use the outlet near the bed. It’s better to walk along the coast to Long Beach, it takes about 30-40 minutes (do not follow the route Google Maps builds - it leads through the mountain)

Rooms were pretty small and basic but is fine if out most of day. Had AC but cold water showers (was fine given the heat). Pretty good location too. The staff were very hard to get hold of to organise the free pick up from the pier (not picking up phone/responding to emails/instagram) so staff from other hotels had to call them for us which worked out in the end. They offer free coffee in the mornings which is a benefit

I liked the hotel, a large room, a huge terrace, not a bad view from it. The location of the hotel is excellent, close to everything on the island. But there are also disadvantages, the shower is located right from the entrance to the bathroom, it flows right onto the floor, there is no curtain, nothing, the toilet and sink are on a wet floor, you have to be very careful not to fall, the first time I flew face down across the entire floor on the tiles, then I got used to it, and it no longer bothered me.
