SSheril AmirahThe unit is spacious and well maintained, and the location is very good. It was easy to deal with the owner and communication was smooth throughout our stay.
We requested an extra parking space, and the owner was kind enough to help arrange one with an additional charge. Very helpful and accommodating.
Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay. Highly recommended, and if we visit Cameron Highlands again, we would definitely love to book this place again.

GGuest Userthe floor very dirty, i wore white sock and it got stained.. the sheet also dirty like they reused it.. not clean..
the things i like was the room very spacious and the toilet also okay.. they provide towel but not toiletries.. if you need water just go outside they provide coway.. ohh if you need to iron your clothes just go the room no 1, the iron room downstairs.. need to que.. overall its okay laa

Extremely satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. The check-in and check-out process was also very smooth, and all the staff were friendly and helpful.
The hotel's location is very strategic, close to dining options and major attractions. Amenities like Wi-Fi, hot water, and air conditioning all worked perfectly.
Overall, the stay was truly satisfying and excellent value for money. I will definitely choose this hotel again if I come back here in the future. Highly recommended!

MMaimon TopWe booked a studio apartment but were allocated a 3-room apartment instead. We only used the master bedroom. Towels provided at the check-in counter were very thin and still damp. We had to carry them to the 3rd floor apartment and had to return the used towels at the counter when we checked out.
Slippers provided in the bathroom were dirty and the straps were broken. The soap dispenser was empty. The shower head and bidet were broken.
The apartment was not well maintained and cleaned.

Ssiow limThe owner is excellent in aspects. He is the most understanding, helpful and well communicative. I faced some issues, despite to his disadvantages, he helped me up resolved all of them. I felt so comforting when you travel solo facing problems.
