We had a really pleasant stay at Asa&mori homestay! The place was clean, cozy, and nicely decorated,it felt comfortable the moment we walked in. All the basic amenities were well provided, making our stay very convenient. There was a small hiccup during check-in, but the host personally came over to help resolve it, which we really appreciated. They were very thoughtful as well, even checking in to make sure we had enough towels and offering to provide more in case our group needed them. The location is great, with easy access to food and transportation nearby. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable experience. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it 👍

Great view of the golf course and surrounding mountains. At first I was concerned whether the absence of airconditioning would impact my stay, but the mountain climate works very well with the in-unit ceiling fans for pleasant cool comfort. The in-unit washer works well, though the dryer not as much; better to just buy a token from the reception for the launderette dryer on floor 13A. But this is just a minor issue; everything else from room size to breakfast spread to staff service and even parking facilities is excellent. Love that each room in the 2-bedder has its own toilet. Would recommend this Is place to anyone.

Location - Very Good. Room amenities - natural Cleanliness - good To summerize it wasn’t that bad few matters need to be attended too. 1st - car park - while u were sleeping car meter running cost you 12.80 per nite, 2nd -  TV - empty (nil wifi or even just normal tv channel), 3rd - shower Head smeared everywhere (waste of water),  4th - mattress - Slanted cause aching joints in the morning.  Management to foresee all this matter for future, investment for better future too.

Honestly, we enjoyed everything! The homestay was cozy, clean, and beautifully arranged. The host really put effort into making guests feel comfortable. We had such a relaxing stay. If you’re looking for a refreshing retreat, this homestay is perfect. The environment is quiet, the home is clean and comfortable, and the overall ambiance is incredibly relaxing. A great escape from the busy city!

I had a wonderful experience at this homestay. The staff are incredibly responsive and attend to all enquiries very quickly, which made everything hassle-free. The place is spotless, and the facilities are complete everything you need is provided. A special highlight is the water dispenser, which was very convenient and satisfying to use. Best part is that you can walk across to Centrum for foods. Highly recommended!

The room is large, suitable for our group of 4. It comes with complete cooking utensils. Just a heads up, since they are used items, the frying pan burns easily. The TV isn't a smart TV, it has Astro (satellite TV). The bathroom is big with a bathtub, but the bathtub doesn't have a jacuzzi function, and there was a lot of dust coming out from under the bathtub after cleaning it. Forks, spoons, and cups are all provided, and there's a microwave and fridge. The microwave was broken during my visit and was only replaced on the day we checked out, so we didn't get to use it. They provided 4 towels and didn't replace them. There's also a small lift, making it easy to load luggage. FYI, the owner lives downstairs and is Indian.

Although the apartment is strategically located near many eateries and within walking distance to Centrum Market, the overall stay was disappointing. The apartment is clearly rundown and poorly maintained. The wooden flooring is scratched after long-term use and easily traps dirt. Even though we wore slippers indoors throughout the stay, it still felt unhygienic. We booked a 3bed 3bath unit; while the toilet seat was clean, the inside of the toilet was very dirty. Overall cleanliness was barely acceptable, with many areas appearing insufficiently cleaned. In addition, two of the bathroom water heaters were not working properly, which affected basic usage. I believe this is a unit-specific issue. In unit 302, the Wi-Fi connection was only available at the entrance area near the main door. Once you move further into the living area or bedrooms, the Wi-Fi is not accessible at all. As a result, the TV was also unusable, as it requires a Wi-Fi connection to function. We were later offered a unit exchange to unit 308. Nevertheless new unit offered stable Wi-Fi, slightly clean toilet and all water heater works. However, unit 308 had a noticeable damp and moldy smell in the room. End up we choose to remain at our original unit. Although the staff were helpful and made efforts to assist us, the issues with the old facilities and partially non-functional amenities remained. If you are able to tolerate these shortcomings, the place may still be acceptable.

We booked a studio apartment but were allocated a 3-room apartment instead. We only used the master bedroom. Towels provided at the check-in counter were very thin and still damp. We had to carry them to the 3rd floor apartment and had to return the used towels at the counter when we checked out. Slippers provided in the bathroom were dirty and the straps were broken. The soap dispenser was empty. The shower head and bidet were broken. The apartment was not well maintained and cleaned.

The location is very strategic and convenient. However, cleanliness could be improved as it felt somewhat unhygienic. There were also no basic cooking facilities like a rice cooker or pot provided. Overall, the experience was just okay.

Great room. Very satisfied.. got the 3 room. From the outside it looks like a place to live. Enter the room ok. It looks like new paint. Ok.. if you bring a lot of family, you want to save the budget. This place is a choice. Next to the heavenly mosque again. The picture in the room.hmm..change the picture of the flower scene to strawberry. The others are ok.
