This hotel is located near many of Brinchang's attractions including Cameron highland orchid and rose garden, Mossy Forest (Entrance Point) and BOH Sungai Palas Tea Viewpoint. This hotel makes a great place to kick back and relax after a long day of sightseeing. This Brinchang hotel provides parking on site. The 2-bedroom apartment was overall nice and comfortable. The furniture, though a bit old, was clean and well-maintained, just like the bed and mattress, which were also clean and in good condition. However, the water heater was not an instant type and needed 30 minutes to heat up, which was a bit inconvenient.
Unfortunately, our experience took a negative turn on the day of check-out. Around 10:30 AM, the electricity supply to our unit was cut off. We immediately contacted the hotel reception, and they arranged for a technician who arrived at 11:15 AM. Upon inspection, the technician informed us that the distribution board was damaged and couldn't be repaired. He mentioned that customer service would arrange a temporary room for us to shower since Cameron Highlands is cold, and this provided us with some relief at the time. However, the hotel never arranged for an alternative, and we ended up having to shower with cold, freezing water.
While the apartment itself was comfortable, the lack of proper follow-up and service during the power outage left us disappointed.

My stay at Cameron Highlands Resort was nothing short of amazing. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by its classic colonial charm, the elegance of its decor, and the fresh mountain air surrounded by towering pine trees. The ambiance was simply enchanting, timeless, cozy and effortlessly serene.
Breakfast was a delightful experience that perfectly complemented the crisp highland morning. Sipping a warm cup of tea while soaking in the breathtaking views felt like a scene from a storybook.
Checked out, but already plotting my next escape and this time to indulge in their high tea set.

One of my favourite hideouts for a short escape from the city.
As usual check in was a breeze n had an extremely good lunch of Curry Fish. Breakfast spread was ample with the usual Local dishes & some pastries . There's a coffee dispenser that serves Cappuccino.
IMPT NOTE : The tour buses parked had their engine running and the diesel fumes spoil the clean air!
PLS OFF THE ENGINE while waiting to pick up / off load passengers !

XXin Ling CelineThe room is spacious, and the bathroom is also quite large, clean, and simple, making it a great place for a short stay. There are tables and chairs outside the entrance as well.
The building has an lift, and the surrounding residential area is quiet and comfortable. The location is excellent. 👍👍
The room is equipped with a kettle, a hairdryer, towels, an iron and soap (just soap).
Overall, it's a great value for money and highly recommended.

1. The location of this hotel is very strategic. Lot of shop lot nearby like Speedmart & Mr DIY.
2. Only took 10 minutes to Kea Farm & 5 minutes to Agro Market.
3. The breakfast quite ok especially the mee goreng.
Con’s:
1. The furnitures are old
2. The water pressure for the bidet super slow

GGuest UserWe booked this place because of its location and parking. It's quite near to restaurants and there's parking but you need to pay with TNG or Pahang Go app. The hotel is old with lift but no aircon or fan. You still need a fan as you don't want the windows wide open at night. Some moths flew in. Also it can be noisy if the room is facing the road. Mine was facing the hills but still noisy with stray dogs barking and smell from the restaurant's cooking below. We made a complaint as the hotel didn't tell us upfront that there's no fan. However, the boss provided the fan after our complaint. Overall the place was clean and there's hot water with good pressure.

Alimentary: 3/5 TV can watch couples of hours and the became no picture. Microwave broken (replacement-yes), mini Fridge cold, WiFi good connection.
Microwave oven broken with sparks inside whenever switching on the power. Found unused tampons (tuala wanita) underneath the microwave oven. Replacement of microwave after informed the hotel staffs. Maintenance staffs came for check on TV but unable to fix, so we best embrace the suck 🙄
Found crocahes 🪳 underneath the couch and lots of dust (look at the tissue with my hand palms on).
If you're okay with that, then the hotel deal is great with cheapest price, otherwise you might changed your mind.

1) perfect location, near to literally all attractions
2) my room water heater was good with good water pressure
3) parking was allright, had spots both the days
The bad things
1) room was smelly , the towels were old towels that felt dirty after one use, requested for towels on the 1st day itself but didnt get till we checked out. Only had showel gel , no other toiletries provided. The mattress was old and had a few tears and the blanket felt like it wasnt washed.
2) cabinet had holes in it , which was giving out a bad odour at night.
3) zero ventilation , no A/C , was so stuffy and no fan provided, we ended up buying a table fan. Yes camerons is cold but the place really needs air circulation.
Overall , its an old place that needs some major refurbishment and cleaning.
Will i stay here again? Nope.

AAnonymous Userhonestly,if you want to come in peak times (school holiday/weekend) better check in sharp on time. because the hotel system fails. either you book from trip,agoda,booking you must aware hotel can cancel your booking/replace your booking to another customer. in my previous situation,me and 3 other person,our booking cancel as we arrived there around 4-5pm after jammed.
their rooms not much. their system should improvised.
they provide soap only. my rooms got 1 fan.please change the mattress. you can feel the spring already. please change the water heater/shower water pressure.very slow. have a little stains on towel and bedding.
dont forget bring your own mineral water/drinking water.they dont provide.
