GGuest UserI booked a homestay with my friends during the Spring Festival when visiting Yandang Mountain. After booking, I was a little concerned about the hygiene. After arriving, I found that the room was very clean, the proprietress was very enthusiastic, and the restaurant she recommended was delicious. I will stay here again next time.

GGuest UserThis hotel was a true hidden gem, nestled in a charming small town surrounded by beautiful gardens and a welcoming atmosphere. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants nearby. Entering the hotel felt special—walking up a fabulous marble stairway set the tone right away. The rooms were small but comfortable, offering everything I needed for a pleasant stay.
What really stood out was the staff: incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely warm. The value was unbelievable—I was amazed to have both a comfortable room and a nice breakfast included at such a great price. In the evenings, the lobby came alive with the sound of Mahjong. At first I overheard it from my room, but soon I found myself charmed by the passion and energy of the elderly gentleman leading the game. It added such a unique cultural touch that made the stay unforgettable.
Overall, this hotel was full of character, comfort, and hospitality. I truly enjoyed my time there and would definitely return.

SSameleeneHome Inn is a very nice place. it is strategically located near Cangnan railway station, which is a 10 - to 15-minute walk. If you want to take a taxi, just book around 10 to 12 CNY only. It is near also with small restaurants and a convenient store. theres a park near to the hotel about 30 minutes walk, people who likes nature will enjoy that place. it has lake and squirrel paradise. The hotel staff is very friendly, I check in very smoothly. I like the food that they are serving every day. if you don't eat pork, just ask them to fried some eggs, and they will give it to you. If you want to order the hotel just tell them so and they can cook for you and of course you need to pay 😀.. The place is clean, from lobby to the room. The hotel manager I encountered is Ms. Sophie, which is also very accommodating and friendly , makes sure to assist and guide anyone in need. I am very lucky that she arrived in the hotel and met herl before I travelled to Beijing. I really enjoyed my stay and seeing the robot delivering to rooms.👏 👏 😊 😃

LLiulvshi(daxia)I read the previous reviews of the hotel, which said that the room was very clean and the proprietress was very welcoming. Based on this, I booked a room before getting on the bus at Wenling South Station. I took the scenic area bus and arrived at the homestay in one stop. As soon as I got off the bus, I saw the proprietress standing at the door of the homestay. I went to the room after checking in. It was indeed clean and refreshing. When I came back from playing in the evening, I drank tea and chatted with the boss and his wife in the lobby. It was really relaxing and comfortable, just like being at home.

hotel provide a very good picup service and drop off in the airport free of cost. it was a nice experience. they send car exclusively for me. they can speak English a little. it is so helpful for me.
When I checked in the hotel i realised that the hotel reception people and others are so cooperative and helping minded guys. . the room are very neat and clean. all required amenities are available in the room.
different types of foods are available by the next building.many restaurants are available nearby.
i stayed one day in this hotel. i recommend this hotel to business travelers and family also solo travelers.
i feel very safe and secure...and they take care well . cost is very less compared to other in this 3 Star hotel. i appreciate the management and staff for they make my stay so memorable. thank you all of you the group members. my next wenzhou Trip.. definitely i will stay again here. 100% value of money too

The most outstanding quality of this hotel is undoubtedly the extremely helpful and attentive staff. In every situation, from check-in to simple requests, they were courteous and ready to assist , always striving to resolve any need. This aspect makes the stay very pleasant from a human perspective.
Another strong point is the general cleanliness of the premises, which is truly impeccable and worthy of note.
The difficulties: a language barrier and the smell of smoke
However, I ve encountered two significant hurdles:
1. Language barrier: No staff member speaks English. Communication was only possible through gestures, translation apps on our phones, and a lot of patience. This can be a problem for managing specific requests or non-routine situations.
2. Smoke smell in the room: Finding a room that did not have a persistent smell of tobacco smoke was a real challenge. It would be advisable to have better-designated and deodorized non-smoking rooms.
In summary:
I recommend this hotel mainly to those who have no language issues and are not sensitive to the smell of smoke, as the genuine courtesy of the staff and the excellent cleanliness are valuable qualities. For others, it's best to be prepared for these two issues.

Cleanliness is good, but amenities and fixtures needed updating. Overall, still a good value for money given that's it's one of the cheaper options you'll find.
Money Saving Tips:
1. If you are coming from Wenzhou South Station, take the S1 line to Dezheng Station (3 stops), and from there, book a ride hailing service like DiDi... it will only cost you 15-20 yuan.... if you book from Wenzhou South direct to the Hotel, it can go up to 50yuan one way.
2. Bike-sharing is available in Wenzhou through Alipay, *******, or DiDi. You can bike going to Wuma Pedestrian Street and Wharf going to Jiangxin Yu Islet. It's not very far and it's a good way to have a feel of the city.

The hotel is relatively remote, 1.6 kilometers away from the high-speed rail station. It takes several days to walk and requires a taxi.
