"The hotel's proximity to the South Railway Station is a plus. We booked a twin room, and a heads-up for business travelers sharing a room with a colleague: there's no door to the toilet, which can be awkward when changing after a shower. The frontline staff were alright. However, it seems the hotel and management are more interested in making money! I was traveling with two adults and two children (one 1.45m tall, one 1.25m tall) and booked for three nights. I asked if breakfast could be complimentary for the children. Initially, the staff said the taller child would be considered an adult, as anyone over 1.4m is charged 72, and children over 1.1m are 36. They offered one complimentary breakfast for the older child, and I'd pay 36 for the younger one on-site. I was fine with that, but upon reconfirming, I was told the 'complimentary' breakfast for the older child was only for one day. I asked the dark-skinned, slim, glasses-wearing male manager at the lobby why, despite staying for three days, only one day's breakfast for one child was complimentary. He said the hotel's authorization was only for one day and that for the other two days, they could only offer me some bread and drinks. I felt brushed off and certainly didn't feel like the hotel appreciated my three-night stay."
