Had an amazing experience for a 20 night stay with my family. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. The hotel offers free breakfast and lunch with afternoon tea. complementary ice cream bars, bottled water, espresso/coffee machine and snacks. This was a pleasant stay! This hotel is committed to not letting customers go hungry. Simple meals are provided for lunch and dinner. As long as you are willing to move to the first floor, there are baked sweet potatoes, simple fruits and snacks at any time. From the day you enter the hotel, the customer service actively added WeChat until you leave the hotel and actively provide services. I sincerely give it a thumbs up. There are also shortcomings. The parent-child room is set on the side of the bar street. Noise is indeed inevitable, and the landscape facing it is no different from a wall. A hidden treasure in Wenzhou! Highly recommend if you want a getaway from the city. The staff were so helpful even though we couldnt speak Chinese, they made a WeChat group with focals of the resort (restaurant, butler, driver etc) set up before we even arrived. Food was excellent, from breakfast, high tea, lunch (seafood pasta was delicious) and lovely dinner. At night they gave us porridge incase we were hungry and packed us some food for the journey home. We felt very well taken care of. The resort is also very aesthetically designed. We used the gym, pool, lounged in the cafe (with complementary drinks) and played archery during our stay. Thank you to Peng, who took care of us and helped arranged everything during our stay.
