The whole process takes care of our family with the baby, and the details help us think of it. The hotel is decorated in a trendy and refreshing style, and the living is very comfortable and comfortable. The smart toilet, screen projection and soft bedding in the room are super comfortable to lie flat with the baby! It's right to live here in Texas, it's already included in the repurchase list!

AAnonymous User在附近酒店裡算是很新、很科技的酒店了。小度語音控制好用的，送餐機器人也體驗過了。 但是裝修質量真的一般，洗手枱的瓷磚已經掉色還是染色了，空調控制面板掉下來了不顯示温度了，洗澡時花灑繩漏水而兩邊噴水😢 馬桶也沖洗不乾淨。好吧好吧，不要在囉嗦了，在三四線城市供貨商估計質量一般。酒店服務人員態度很好，山東人民很親切，且不急不躁😊。酒店裡點了餐菜量真大😊，附近衹有一個小商店和燒烤店，但價格合理，服務態度都很好👍窗外，我還看見玉米、牛和羊了😊

Ssummer0999Well, how should I put it? This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. The service was terrible. After we parked our car there, a security guard in uniform came over. I asked him what he was doing, and he said, ”Don't worry about me, just move your car.” I said, ”What are you doing here? Or at least show us your work ID.” When I asked the front desk what he was doing, he wouldn't say. I asked if he was working for the hotel, but he wouldn't answer either. He was so arrogant. Well, that's it. I'll never stay at this hotel again.

GGuest UserStaying at the Cloud Hotel in Dezhou Wanda Plaza was such a great deal! Wanda Plaza is right downstairs, super convenient for shopping and dining. The smart devices in the room were great, especially the voice control for the lights and air conditioning. The bedding was comfortable and I slept soundly. Cleanliness was impeccable, even the nooks and crannies were spotless. The receptionist was friendly, check-in was quick, and she even recommended some good restaurants nearby. Excellent value for money, I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Dezhou!
