I called the front desk, and a staff member immediately brought iodine and a bandage. Their quick and thoughtful response was so reassuring. The hotel's location is convenient, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the service is meticulous and attentive – you can truly feel the care they put into everything. It offers great value for money, and I feel very safe staying here when I travel. I'd especially like to commend the two ladies who helped me check in yesterday afternoon and the lady working the night shift last night. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Qiandao Lake. Highly recommended!

This hotel is wonderful from all directions. Staff is highly caring, cooperative, and helpful. Rooms and corridors are highly decorative, clean and neat. Breakfast is all “organic”. The Wi-Fi connection could be stronger and more stable, and the breakfast options could be more varied
