I called the front desk, and a staff member immediately brought iodine and a bandage. Their quick and thoughtful response was so reassuring. The hotel's location is convenient, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the service is meticulous and attentive – you can truly feel the care they put into everything. It offers great value for money, and I feel very safe staying here when I travel. I'd especially like to commend the two ladies who helped me check in yesterday afternoon and the lady working the night shift last night. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Qiandao Lake. Highly recommended!

The room was clean and hygienic, with no odor, and spacious. We booked a single room, but they proactively upgraded us because there were many of us. The staff were all very polite. Special praise to the receptionist, who helped us with our itinerary according to our requirements. We were very touched.
